駅から近く、周辺に飲食店などもたくさんありととも立地が良い場所でした。 部屋も広く、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。

The house is very welcoming, location was great, very close to the train station, restaurants, and shops a walking distance, the staff are amazing, very friendly, specially Sunny, thank you fot the great stay.

Me senti como en casa, la anfitriona excepcional, siempre atenta y preocupada por solucionar cualquier anomalía. Tuve problemas con mi vuelo al llegar y me espero de madrugada para recibirme. Me ayudo desde el momento que reserve con rápidas respuestas, proporcionándome todo lo que necesitaba e incluso se encargo de entregar mi equipaje para trasladarlo otra ciudad al dejar su hospedaje. La habitación era amplia, muy luminosa, cama grande, cómoda con cajones y armario de uso privado. Todo impecable, ella se encargaba de la limpieza diaria! El piso esta en una planta 5 pero hay ascensor. Aunque esta algo alejado del centro, tiene estación de metro cercana, supermercados, restaurantes…ect! Me volveré a hospedar sin duda, si regreso a Tokio! Muuuuy recomendando

The hosts were very accomodating and instructions for getting to the place were very clear. The place has a very homey and comfy vibe to it. It may be a bit far from central Tokyo but other than that it was great overall.

民宿位于板桥区，东武东上线的常盘台站，个人行程来说基本都是要去池袋倒车，十多分钟可以到达池袋。 民宿周围是居民区，距离车站和便利店的距离都不很远，居酒屋之类的基本都在车站附近。 房东消息回复得很快而且人真的很好！因为成田落地比较晚，到民宿大概十点多了，以为就自己拿钥匙入住了，没想到房东在附近的停车场等我，接过我的箱子带我入住，介绍了一下民宿的环境和入住后日常注意事项。 房间不算很小一个人住非常宽敞，浴室和卫生间是公用的，卫生间沐浴用品很齐全都可以使用，唯一的就是不提供牙刷和牙膏，如果没有自带牙具的旅客需要注意，不过也可以便利店现买（牙杯是提供的）二楼有公用区域的沙发还有厨房可以使用，烧水壶也是在二楼有一个公用的，如果觉得不便可以自己带个保温壶灌水用。 提供洗衣机而且阳台可以晾洗好的衣服。 因为是民宿所以垃圾要自己清理，环境要自己维持，这些也都可以理解～垃圾只需要简单地分类一下就好，并不麻烦。 住了一周，整体来说觉得很舒适，也会推荐给其他朋友

Airbnbを数年ぶりに利用しましたが、全体的にとてもよかったです。 直前予約で乳幼児が2人いたため不安はありましたが、全くの無用でした。ホストの方は小まめに丁寧にご連絡下さり安心感がありましたし、雨の日のチェックインだったため、諸々お気遣い頂き助かりました。 スーパーとドラッグストアが徒歩1～2分のところにあったのもとても便利でした。 1階の桜のお部屋はどこを見ても桜で、そこに居るだけで雨の日の気分が明るくなるように感じました。それに桜の和室は広々としていたので赤ちゃんをゴロンとさせつつ、周りに皆が座って団らんできるスタイルが取れたのがすごく良かったです。上の子が素敵な桜の障子を破かないか少し心配でしたが、大人の人数が多かったこともありそこも全然大丈夫でした(笑)。 どのお部屋も、床などはとても清潔だったので安心して子供を歩かせられました（海外だとちょっと不安なところが多かった）。 思いがけないサプライズとしては、近くにものすごくローカルな銭湯、しかもサウナ付きを見つけたこと。どうしても気になったので、夫に子供たちを預けて、久しぶりにサウナと温泉を楽しめたことが幸せでした。

Serina is a very special person. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. Always had a morning coffee with her and she would give amazing recommendations and detailed instructions of where to go. Thank you Serina for making my tokyo stay memorable and enjoyable!

A great place to stay! 非常に便利で、近くにはスーパーマーケット、リサイクルショップ、バーベキューレストランがあります。ショッピングやお食事も大変便利です。

The Airbnb was great! Very nice and peaceful to stay and well worth it during our trip. Me and my other friend who stayed definitely found it nice and very convenient to be near the train station! Definitely will come back again!!!

Experiencing such warm hospitality is truly special. A comfortable and welcoming atmosphere can make any stay feel like home. The kindness of preparing breakfast is a thoughtful gesture! It's wonderful and rare to find such generous hosts. These small acts of care create lasting memories. They were so kind picking us up from the train station and dropping us off too! Great place, not the closest one to the center of Tokyo but the surroundings are very nice. Maki is very friendly, she invited me to eat while I stayed there and the food was amazing. If I were to go back to Japan soon, I would probably go there.
