They told me that the elevator got broken 2h before the check in time and it got me panic. However, they are very professional on handling the situation by getting me new place that is equally good and cover all the necessary expenses. It was a 5-star hotel service and really grateful that I booked their place. In the end I only stayed here 2 out of 4 nights. It was a good place in a quiet area, close to groceries and konbini. The place was also clean and equipped with all features. Thanks for the amazing services!

good value for the price. Very comfortable. Location was very close to parks, train and bus stations, restaurants, bars and shopping. very easy to get around. building was very quiet. The apartment had everything mentioned in the ad and everything worked great. Definitely stay here again. Host was very informative and responsive.

we enjoyed 5lovely days at this location. the place was spacious for Japan with own loundry machine which was very useful traveling with children. there was even a massage chair and big screen beamer. we fully enjoyed our stay.

The spot was very nice and really close to a bus station & convenience store. Masato was very kind and responsive. Gave clear directions from which trains & bus to take and how to get to their residence. Clean check in and a very nice modern meets cultural stay.

We had an incredible stay at Tokumaru House—it truly felt like a home away from home! The host was outstanding—proactive, responsive, and always ready to assist whenever we had questions. He provided clear and detailed instructions, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The house is in a fantastic location, surrounded by convenient spots like 7-Eleven, local restaurants, and even a shopping mall. We had everything we needed right at our doorstep. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back again! Thank you, Tomoaki-san, you’ve been amazing!

We spend about a week at Emiko’s place. Everything we needed was prepared in the house so we cloud spend some time as if it was our house. The house is very close to the station, supermarket and convenience store, drug store also some local restaurants. We would pick up this place again if we were this area!!

Hirokazu’s place was the perfect spot to stay and its location was great for us to access most of the places that we wanted to travel to while we were in Japan. Travel links are great & the stations are less than 10 minutes walk away. The house was lovely & clean. Hirokazu had provided helpful laminated instruction sheets for key things around the home. Four of us stayed here for two weeks & we felt it was a home away from home. Thank you Hirokazu. We would book this accommodation again without hesitation.

nice place to stay for a large family. 10 minute walk to train, but nearly an hour to every major city for fun. however the place was super clean and nice. it was worth the stay

We had a wonderful stay at Wallaby House. Hosts are very friendly and assisted with many things. We loved the team and definitely we will stay again if we visit Tokyo.

Loved staying there, was able to meet other people as well. Although it may be a bit far from the station, the walk was nice. The surrounding area is fairly pretty with the shops being right next to the house.

Great hostel ! Everything is very tidy, the kitchen is convenient and the host is very kind :) It is obviously a bit far from Tokyo, but you can ride the subway easily to get everywhere. Also we really enjoyed the cute and peaceful neighborhood ! We recommend trying the mochis/daifuku and other rice specialties from the little shop next door 😉

This place feels like home that we didn't want to go out after arriving. It is clean, very spacious, has complete amenities, super comfortable beddings, and has clear instructions for every electronic device in the house. The nearest station is Warabi, which is about 850m walking, and it is 2 stations away from Akabane where you can connect to all major stations in Tokyo. Recommended to have a good rest after a tiring day. Thank you Wallaby House!

Maiko is very friendly and hospitable. The house is located on a small street with a very Japanese style, far from downtown Tokyo, and the nearest station takes about 10 minutes to get there. But the street is quiet, and Maiko equipped us with various facilities. All in all, it is a very cost-effective and comfortable small house. I hope to introduce my parents to come to Maiko's house.

Very comfortable and convenient not so far from train station

Very spacious, clean and nice staff! Only downside is that it is far from Tokyo. About 30 mins away from Warabi station. But it was nice to get away from the city to relax and recoup for the next day!
