I had a wonderful stay at Dr. Shehzad’s apartment The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable Dr. Shehzad is a very friendly and welcoming host and his caretaker, Bakhta Baaz, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my stay. A special thanks to Dr. Shehzad for the complimentary breakfast it was a lovely gesture that made the experience even better. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay at. It’ calm and private, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The overall vibe was cozy and welcoming, and the space itself was incredibly clean and beautifully aesthetic — it truly felt like home away from home. Mahad is an amazing and friendly host, and the caretaker was equally warm and helpful throughout our stay. 10/10 Highly recommended!

An exceptional experience! This place exceeded all of my expectations. Abdul Manan, our residence manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Abdul Rehman and Ayesha for their warm hospitality and attentive management. The property truly felt like a home away from home, with beautiful views that added to the experience. I would highly recommend staying here, and I look forward to visiting again!

Excellent location, beautiful scenery, very private and peaceful. Friendly host & staff, very accommodating and flexible. The location is walking distance from Golf Club & PC Bhurban, the area is gated which is excellent for security & privacy (especially with kids)

An epic night at a beautiful prestine place, the host was very proactive as well as the caretaker was extremely nice, caring and proactive. Would 100% recommend without any doubt.

Had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place. The host herself was very responsive and provided exact description to reach the venue and was readily available when required. The caretaker Kamran is also a decent gentleman who ensured a hassle free and smooth check-in/check-out experience and offered help when requested. Would definitely love to stay at the same residence when i’m in this region again. Really private and awesome views of the valley from the terrace.

This has been the best airbnb experience in Pakistan so far. our old vacation house was 5 mins away and this was one of the best locations in the area. The helper was very cooperated and the the trip so much better. Can't wait to come again

Asad's woodland cottage is one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at. I stayed with my husband and toddler for 1 week, and we had a very peaceful and relaxing time. Asad was readily available at any question we had and offered great advice on local transportation. The place is extremely cozy and squeaky clean. There were ample amount of fresh bedsheets, blankets, and pillows. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots and pans, toaster, microwave, utensils, and even had spices for cooking. The views from the property are breathtaking. The cottage feels very secluded but you're only a short walk away from the Ayubia National Forest Pipeline Trail/Motto Tunnel. We especially appreciated the intentionality from local caretakers- Humza, helped us with every need we had, gave us many local recommendations, and made us feel right at home. His mother also made us paratha and roti some days. We hope to return soon! Our time at Asad's could easily be our favorite vacation yet.
