Un lugar extremadamente recomendable para hospedarse. Está cerca de la estación de bus y es de fácil acceso. Yoko es una excelente anfitriona, muy amable, siempre atenta y me sentí como en casa, además de que la habitación estaba muy bien equipada.

I had such an amazing stay here! I stayed for about 1 month, and enjoyed every second of it. The house is themed beautifully with British decorations, so I felt right at home. The amenities and all provided and everything was clean. Mari is such an amazing host - kind, helpful and funny. And Gon is an amazing co-host - very cute and friendly! The house is located in a peaceful residential area not too far from the train station which Mari picked me up from on my arrival date. There are shops, parks and temples not far from the house, so lots to do if you want a day to explore nearby. When checking in, Mari provided super helpful suggestions and advice and made sure to explain how to use everything and answer any questions. Mari’s english is also amazing so you shouldn’t have trouble communicating if you only speak English. I would 100% recommend to anyone to come and stay here, and would love to come back in the future. ありがとうございます！

總體來說非常滿意！ 房間實際使用面積大，沒有逼仄感，回家休息時很放鬆，裝飾富有日式老房的風情，值得品味。 需要注意的是，房源位於半山坡，每日會消耗一定的步行體力，不建議年齡大、行動不便的人士入住，但非常適合身體健康、熱愛運動徒步的人士。 附近沒有便利店，請記得有需要的物品要在回家前買好，但Larry提供很多豐富的零食、飲料以及食材，包括新鮮雞蛋、豆腐等，方便自己做早餐，能夠滿足大多數時候的需求。 有非常可愛的貓咪和狗狗！ 京都氣候較為潮濕，早晚有時會偏冷，被子有點窄，後來Larry幫忙又拿了一床薄被，建議未來可以準備寬一點的～ 期待下次還能夠有機會再次入住，非常感謝您的熱情招待！

Keiko女士的美丽的房子坐落在安静迷人的山上，房子是非常传统的日式风格，住在这里能体验到浓浓的当地的氛围。Keiko把花园打理得非常美丽自然，最值得称赞的是Keiko每天精心做的从不重复的早餐，真的是美味至极！比我在外面吃的午餐和晚餐还要更丰盛。Keiko女士亲切善良，还会每天开车接送客人，在车上我们聊得非常开心愉快，我还学习到了好多日语。我这次已经深深爱上了京都，早上在Keiko的指导下学习做章鱼小丸子的美好记忆将会一直保留在我的脑海里，下次再来还会入住Keiko的房子！

One of the best experiences I’ve had on an air bnb. Yoko was super friendly and if you needed anything she would help you and give you local recommendations :) and she spoiled us with fresh fruit and snacks for us to try. I would definitely stay here again!

We are sincerely thankful to our Korean Mom host for making us feel right at home. We highly reccomend this wonderful stay for anybody who is looking to visit kyoto. On two occasions, us locking our key inside the room and almost missing our train at the station, our host assisted us enormously, going out of her way (alongside the other male host who was very friendly and helpful) to make sure our trip went as planned. We cannot thank them enough! If you are looking for a place that is comfy, affordable and a bit out of the busyness of Kyoto (while still being within 20-25 minutes of centre), this is the place for you. Good restaurant locations, that are traditional and affordable nearby, and lots of amenities. Thank you Korean Mom!

平台第一眼就相中了这个房子，结果很快三晚被订完，果断选了一晚。原本在境外很少用爱彼迎平台担心安全问题，结果出乎意料的体验感极棒。给这次出行加分。不仅仅是房子漂亮，收拾的一层不染，非常惊叹房东姐姐的清洁和收纳，所以休息的很好。还有是房东姐姐的贴心照顾，第一次日本游，多了份安全感。和姐姐聊天也特别开心，感觉时间变得更加短暂，因为一早需要赶下个行程，不然感觉可以和房东姐姐聊很久很久。因为出行带着小朋友，一进门就问我后面几天还能住这么。小朋友也很喜欢这个温暖的家。因为带着小朋友，房东姐姐还给准备了小朋友爱吃的汉堡，小朋友说比麦当劳的好吃多了。另外原本第一次来京都，京都地铁实在是迷糊，两个地图都用了还是迷糊，幸好有房东姐姐及时回复指点，因此也让我不再在京都地铁站里迷路，不再耽误行程，真的特别感动。房东姐姐的东北口音也特别亲切，开朗。为此次旅行增添不少快乐，希望有更多和我一样幸运的朋友能早点遇到这个温暖的家

We stayed at four airBnb‘s in Japan and all have their good points, but this was by far the best. Located in a quiet suburb so not walking distance to the main sites of Kyoto, but with some lovely sites that we would not have seen otherwise Close by. It was as simple Uber ride or train ride to get into Kyoto for main sightseeing and it was lovely to come home to a quiet un bustling local with a wide choice of excellent restaurants to choose among. The apartment itself is spacious, by far the most spacious we stayed in And it’s part of a an apartment complex which has a small gym. Nori and Fumi even served us breakfast all three days we were there in another upstairs breakfast room. To top it off, they picked this up and dropped us off at this train station three days later. All in all it was a really welcoming and comfortable place to stay, well worth the price we paid

The host was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere was always friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for me since I was attending a conference at the international conference centre (20 minute walk). The facilities were excellent for the price.

This guest house is will be the best choice. The host tommy is very kind and mindful. He speaks english very well, so someone who didn't speak japanese will be satified. Also, the domitory bed was very nice. It's cozy and comfotable. And Tommy will give you breakfast If you request. The toast was tasty. I recommend this guest house, you will not regret your choice. Thank you tommy!

Albeit brief, this was my favorite stay of my entire Japan trip. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always proactive in making sure we felt at home not just in our accommodation but also in Kyoto and the lovely and peaceful neighborhood the townhome resides in. They made sure to follow up every question we had and made sure we were able to travel and make our next destination smoothly. We had some stressful travel beforehand, but they were extremely flexible in made our trip much easier. Also their cute daily breakfast was delicious and every single room had so much personality. It has a shared common space and bathroom but it never felt inconvenient and also allows you to get a one of a kind experience in Kyoto. The price was also incredibly reasonable and a great value. I look forward to returning next time I’m in town!

I really enjoyed staying at Hide-san's property as it was conveniently located next to tourist attractions spots and had good access to transport links to other attractions. The room I stayed in also had a very authentic Japanese style design, which gave me the traditional Japanese experience I was looking for. Hide-san also showed me great hospitality and I enjoyed the many conversations that we had. The breakfast made by Hide-san also tasted really nice and it had a very homely feel to it. Overall, I'd recommend this property if you're looking for an authentic and traditonal Japanese experience in Kyoto. If I come to Japan again then I'll make future reservations at this property.

What a beautiful traditional Japanese home to stay We totally loved the old house, beautiful decorations, the inner courtyard and our room. Everything was perfect! Chieri is a great host, we felt very welcomed and home right away. We were on a road trip, so we also enjoyed that we could wash our clothes. And we tried out the traditional japanese bath. Perfect! Chieri, thank you for everything! Hope to see you someday again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Kyoto! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help out with any questions or needs. The location is great – it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest station and equally close to popular spots like Sanjo and Nishiki Market, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It wasn’t just a standard continental breakfast – each morning, they prepared a full, delicious spread for every guest, which was such a treat to start the day. You could really feel the care and effort they put into making everyone feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The only minor issue was the washer and dryer, which are a bit dated. The dryer took a while to dry a half load, so I’d recommend doing smaller loads or planning laundry for when you have some time to hang out. Overall, I loved my stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting!

I planned a trip to Kyoto with a classic B&B vibe in mind and while there was no opportunity to eat all together, Tsukiya was perfect! Location was exactly where we wanted to be in the city, with easy access to public transit and even walkable areas. The breakfasts every morning were thoughtfully crafted starting about 2 hours beforehand. The space was authentic - highly recommend to anyone going to Kyoto!

Staying at John’s place in Shiga was an unforgettable experience! John is an incredibly passionate and energetic host, always full of enthusiasm. He and his lovely wife, Rika, made me feel right at home. They even invited me to join their family for a delicious homemade dinner, and Rika kindly provided breakfast as well. Their son, Andre, was also very friendly, and I truly enjoyed our conversations. The house itself is a charming countryside cottage surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a perfect getaway. If you’re visiting Shiga, staying with John is an absolute must! Highly recommended!

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La habitación de estilo japonés era muy bonita, con vistas al jardín, amplia. Cada detalle estaba muy cuidado. Tuvimos la suerte de conocer mejor a Ikuko y Michael. Acudimos a una ceremonia del té organizada por Ikuko que fue súper interesante, conforme con la tradición japonesa. Al día siguiente dimos una vuelta Michael, incluyendo visita guiada de una plantación de té, donde degustamos una gran variedad de tés en un ambiente realmente increíble. Los anfitriones son gente muy amable, acogedora e interesante. Muchísimas gracias por todo y hasta la próxima!
