This is the second of Ali’s places I’ve stayed in and it’s just as perfect. I travel at lot with my job and would say this bed is one of THE most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The location and the apartment block itself is perfect if you’re bringing your dog with you. I’m currently looking to buy in Plymouth and I like the location and Ali’s place so much I’m now looking in this location for myself. Ali is really communicative and friendly and all instructions and details were perfectly clear. Having stayed in other spots in Plymouth (when Ali’s hasn’t been available), I’d also say this is one of the best value places to stay in the city.

Pauline was a lovely host and ensured we were well looked after. The accomadation was quiet and comfortable with great views, outside space and a fab bed and shower. The cake was also delicious. This is a great place to stay if you’re considering a trip to Salcombe. Definitely try breakfast at the Salcombe coffee shop.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely stay at Merida apartment. Myself, my partner, our 6 month old daughter and my mum stayed here. Very clean and cosy accommodation. Beds very comfortable, travel cot for our daughter was great. The bathroom is very nice also! Fully functioning kitchen with everything you could need which was great for us with a baby! Short 5 minute walk to Torquay harbour which was full of nice pubs, shops and restaurants. Also easy enough to go for a longer walk if want to. Over all accommodation and location were excellent and we are already talking of booking again. Louise was also very responsive in the lead up to our arrival and we met her when we arrived. We had a great week’s stay at Alison’s flat! It looked exactly like the pictures and was really clean on arrival, with lovely views out on the balcony of Brixham harbour. We were able to get parked pretty close to the flat for most of the week which was ideal for when we wanted to do a few trips out. It was easy to find and plenty of space just for the two of us. The steps going up and down to the flat weren’t an issue (we definitely got a good workout with the steps to and from the high street but that’s expected as most places are uphill). Communication with Alison was easy and for what we paid for the week, we thought it was great value for money. We would definitely return if we come back to Brixham in the future!

Lovely stay, friendly hosts. You can walk into the town easily. We were made to feel very welcome which was lovely. The place had everything we needed and more, was home from home. Would definitely happily recommend.

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

We had a brilliant stay at the townhouse! The most perfect location with everything on your doorstep. The house worked so well for our group size, each bedroom was beautiful and felt like being in a hotel but with the added bonus of lovely communal areas- big kitchen/diner and comfy lounge. Very generous with the amount of coffee/tea and biscuits provided and even a bottle of milk in the fridge. The kingswood hotel was very helpful in explaining the parking and being on hand if we needed anything. Sidmouth itself is a wonderful place for a holiday and so much to do locally. We will be back!

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

Lovely clean bungalow, linen and furnishings. A gorgeous garden and pretty views. All as shown in the current photos. We appreciated the excellent communication from the hosts. They had thought of every little detail, including hand wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and toilet paper. We arrived to a pack of lemon muffins and croissants which was a very nice touch. We will definitely be booking again when visiting family. I was so impressed that I have saved a few of their other properties in my favourites folder. We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

Beautifully designed and finished throughout with high quality furnishings and linens. Cream scones and fizz on arrival was a really lovely touch. Incredible views framed by a gorgeous garden. This is a stunning property that we wouldn’t hesitate to return to. Thank you for the warm welcome and great communication throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Immaculate, spacious and really comfortable. Attention to detail and honestly everything you needed was there. Lovely touches like fresh flowers and chocolates too. A little chalk board welcome! Pillows and bedding so soft and clean. Comfy bed. Beautiful peaceful garden full of birdsong, flowers snd buzzy bees. Gorgeous. 100% nearly nearly bar only one small thing was the sofa bed being a bit wonky but that may have been our setting it up, I’m not sure. Thank you for a lovely stay Diane. I will be back!

We loved staying at Kevin’s and Jess’ place! The flat looks great, it’s spacious and pristine. Would highly recommend!

We have stayed in Karen’s flat before. It is conveniently situated just around the corner from Preston Sands so is a quieter location but an easy, level walk to the sea. The private parking is a bonus at busy times and is reasonably spacious and easy to access. The flat was super clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Shops and takeaways all within easy walking distance too. Certainly hope to stay again and this is now the first place we check for availability when visiting our friends in the area.
