The stay was comfortable and perfect for what my team needed. There was a little confusion about the third bed, but Bob quickly and easily answered all questions and provided everything that we needed. Location was in a walkable distance to a few places to eat and right next to the 95 exit. We enjoyed our stay!

Regina was extremely kind and responsive and her place was immaculate! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for friends and family. She went above and beyond with communication and recommendations as well! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Jeff's place met all of the human and dog needs. The location was convenient for us with walkable restaurants near by. The space was tidy and clean. When we had an issue with the parking garage, Jeff was quickly reachable to consult with. Thank you for hosting us, Jeff!

We had a lovely 1 night stay at David and Martin's home. We took the third floor room and found it as described, immaculate and spotless. Amenities and towels are available to use in the bathroom. David and Martin were wonderful hosts with great knowledge of the Wilmington area. 10/10, it would be a treat to stay with them again.

I loved staying at Marc’s place. It was walking distance to nature, half a block from the Brandywine River trails and walkable to downtown! It felt safe and so convenient. The place had views of the river from bedroom and kitchen. Marc was friendly, very responsive and quick to return any questions. I would stay again in a heartbeat, great value!

Yvette and Carol are fantastic hosts. We had to extend several times and were graciously accepted. Highly recommend this location!

Angela was an amazing host, and would recommend her to my closest friends. her apartment was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/plates/bowls/pots and pans. The driveway can be a bit tricky in the morning when it is dark, but it is made up by the fact that the upper driveway is wide enough for 3 cars. Angela is very responsive, and loves to help.

Awesome vibe to the place. I had a short stay for work and it was perfect for what I needed. Great kitchen and cooking tools (pots/pans, utensils). Nice desk to work from at the front window. Cool space 👌

David was an incredible host during my stay in Wilmington - he was proactively communicative, as well as supportive / flexible to shifts in our travel plans. This apartment quickly felt like home during my extended stay - it's fully furnished with everything we needed, a short walk to the office downtown, and right across the street from a lovely park. I'd highly recommend staying short-term or long-term at any of David's Airbnbs.

One of the best feelings when you are traveling is staying in a place that you can count on every time. We have stayed at Dr. K's place multiple times, sometimes in the first floor apartment and sometimes in both when we are traveling with family. The apartments are always top notch: spotlessly clean, comfortable and convenient to our family in Wilmington. We always feel at home and enjoy the respite from our busy visiting days. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need and the living and bed rooms are very comfortable. And Dr. K. is extremely helpful and communicative. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else. In fact, we check for availability at Dr. K's before planning our trips. Highest recommendation!

I had the best experience with Bob. I needed a last-minute Airbnb, and he came through for me! He truly saved the day, even though it was late! Not only did he accommodate a late check-out, but the rooms were also spacious, clean, and had more than I could ask for, all at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be coming back, Bob! The host/s place is located near Riverfront boardwalk. It only takes about half an hour to get there by walking. It was convenient for us because we did not wanted to drive a car. Other than that inside the house was fine and we were just happy with it. Thanks for having us! Maria and Tomasz
