We had a lovely few days in Porto Palo, the apartment was spotless when we arrived and the welcome bottle of wine was very kind. The beach is lovely and play area in walking distance with our children loved. The hot tub was a real bonus and a lovely way to end the day. It was a great place to explore the area - with our meal at Trattoria Casa Mia in the next town our best of the holiday !

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Casa Panoramica! The house sits on a hill with views to fields and olive groves below, all the way to the sea and gorgeous sunsets. It was such a luxury to heat up the jacuzzi and unwind at the end of each day of exploring western Sicily. We traveled with a baby, and the hosts were so kind to provide us with a travel crib, a high chair and quilts for playing on the floor. We also cooked most of our meals at the house, and the kitchen was well equipped, although the one thing that would have increased our comfort would have been a dishwasher. Margherita and Agostino were great hosts and made us feel very welcome!

The villa location was stunning. Villa Livia felt very homely and Sicilian, the beds were comfortable, the pool and outside areas were really lovely and having the annex was brilliant for my eldest son who is a gamer. We loved making pizzas in the pizza oven. The Villa information booklet was really informative we tried bar Nettuna a restaurant in Scopello twice and it was excellent and the Market supermarket had fabulous ingredients. Castellammare del Golfo was a busy town nearby and the marina great for restaurants and the main square and main road really busy and fun on Friday night. We would definitely stay again.

What a special place! Historical, modern, spacious, very clean, well appointed, and just beautiful. We walked everywhere...to all the markets, restaurants, museums, and the botanical gardens. It was hard to leave. We hope to be back sometime soon. When we had a small problem with the lock (most likely user error), Angelo came over at nearly midnight to help us out. We can recommend this unit to everyone, including couples traveling together and families - truly spectacular!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Catharinas Airbnb. Schon beim Check in haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden sind sehr herzlich und die Unterkunft ist wirklich super ausgestattet besonders der Garten mit Jacuzzi und der Beleuchtung war einfach super ☺️☀️ Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft ungeingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Bei Fragen/ Problemen war Catharina immer sofort erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Grazie!!

We had a spectacular stay at Alfonsos place. The views from the villa are amazing and it was perfect waking up to watch the sunrise every morning as well as showering outside everyday. The place is very homely and cozy and we enjoyed using the pool and spa robes everyday. Alfonso is a friendly and accommodating host and was responsive to questions and anything we needed help with. The area is quiet and it’s best to hire a car to get around to travel to the supermarket but there’s some restaurants in Scopello itself and the beach is about a 20min walk away. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

superbe appartement très bien situé dans Palerme. Les visites et monuments sont facilement accessibles à pied, même pour les enfants. le quartier est un peu bruyant par moment mais cela permet d'être bien imprégné de la culture locale 😊 l'appartement comprend tout le confort nécessaire et est parfaitement équipé ! une mention spéciale pour la hauteur sous plafond, ça donne beaucoup de charme au logement. je conseille cet appartement, il est parfait pour découvrir la ville.

Fiorella warmly greeted us and showed us the space. The space itself was incredible - 3 private terraces! In a great location in downtown Palermo. It is a charming old building which means heat only in bed rooms and some quirky electrical things which was not a problem for us at all. We hope to come again!!!

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

Pietro's place is fantastic! A really homely feel to it and is superbly furnished and equipped. The location is perfect, a short walk to the sea front and close to some fantastic places to visit. Pietro is easy to contact and will help in any way he can (even to the extent of recommending an emergency dentist for me!). Local businesses are friendly and good quality. I highly recommend Pietro's home as a place to stay for your visit to Sicily.

We could not have chosen a better place to be. Favignana is stunning and the people are so kind and friendly…. With great sense of humour. Mara is the perfect hostess …. Wonderful peaceful place. It is a simple and a bit rustic space but the location, the silence, the ocean waves, the nature around it are just beautiful. Exactly what you need to disconnect. You need a car to get there and away but if you have it its also well located to visit sights around and you have wonderful beaches close by. Girolamo and his son Alonso made everything very easy and were quick to respond any question. We would definitely like to come again.

This place was wonderful. It was homey and spacious and tastefully decorated. It was also perfectly located for visiting the historic center. I loved the wooden floors and marble staircases. For the size, it was an incredible value. For summer, there is air-conditioning. On the downside, the bathrooms and kitchen hadn't been updated. However, the bathtub on the second floor was huge and worth luxuriating in. The kitchen was tiny, but we didn't use it. We might have if the host had supplied a coffee maker and some coffee, which was done in the other apartments in Sicily we rented. Because we had trouble finding a nearby market, so we had breakfast in a café on the main street. A list of nearby services would have been welcome. Finally, as others have noted, there is some noise from the bar downstairs, especially on the weekend--even in March. We didn't mind it, but I imagine that in summer with windows open, it might be a problem. I would rent here again in a heartbeat.

The stay at Evanthe Garden was amazing!! The apartment, the garden & the pool area are a dream. The owners live in the apartment on the opposite side what we highly appreciated since they helped and supported us with everything we needed. Giovanni and Paula are absolutely lovely hosts. We will definitely come back!

We had the most amazing time at this wonderful house in Alcamo. The property was excellent for our family of four (two adults, two children). it was spacious, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean from both levels. You’ll need a car, which will give you access to the wonderful surrounding area. I must give our compliments to the wonderful hosts who did everything to make our stay special, including a birthday cake for a family member :) We highly recommend it!

Lo consiglio ! L’appartamento è attrezzato e arredato con molto gusto. Non manca nulla. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno privato. Rosanna’s house and location was incredible. The photos actually do not do the house and setting justice. The outdoors spaces and pool are gorgeous and just what we had hoped for, for a relaxing vacation with children and extended family. The pool was amazing, the gardens beautiful and the a/c ran cold in the downstairs living area and upstairs hallway. The location is amazing- walking distance to a beautiful beach and a short drive from both Castellammare del golfo and Scopello. The only issues we had were with the heat at night in the upstairs bedrooms (the downstairs one had a ceiling fan which made the room really comfortable). I mentioned this to Rosanna and she was very open to feedback. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive to everything. There was a blackout when we were there at 3 am and we had to call them to help open the gate so that my brother could catch his early morning flight out of Palermo. Fulvio was at the house within 20 minutes to help us at 3:30 am!

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

Unser Aufenthalt in Lillis Haus war einfach perfekt....Lilli hat alles bestens organisiert...Wegbeschreibung... Empfang durch Giovanni ....kleiner Proviant....Kommunikation auch top mit ihr....antwortet sofort....das Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück und der Garten mit den vielen exotischen Bäumen, der Blick auf die Berge, der tolle Pool, die Ruhe, einfach herrlich. Giovanni ist die gute Seele des Anwesens und hat immer einen Tipp auf Lager...die Umgebung ist toll, besonders das kunstvolle Parrini hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke Lilli für die super Gastfreundschaft! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit, und liebten deinen Pool. Hoffen irgendwann wiederzukommen....

This is a gem of a place located just in between Santa Flavia and Bagheria, just 20km from Palermo. It is an ideal place to stay on a quiet and large nature-filled property. Everything matches the description and my wife and I had a great and relaxing time. During the day we would drive around and sights in the area or take the train which is 20 mins away from downtown Palermo. But at night we could retreat to peace and quiet and be surrounded by nature -- cactuses, trees, etc. Marida, the host, was incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful -- she greeted us during check-in and spoke to us at length about many things to do in the area and was incredibly warm and wonderful. She was so kind, I felt like I had family nearby (she and her husband also live in a separate house on the property). The dog, BonBon who is a St. Bernard was always there too to greet us with enthusiastic love, and the 2 cats also were always vigilant and kept watc. We loved our this place and want to come back!

Our stay at the villa in Selinunte was absolutely wonderful! The views from the villa are nothing short of breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The villa is well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning that kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The pool was another highlight—warm and inviting, we spent hours enjoying it each day. We did encounter a minor issue with the internet during our stay, which was a bit frustrating at first. However, Aldo was incredibly responsive and resolved the issue quickly, ensuring that our experience was not disrupted. His prompt assistance really made a difference. In addition to the fantastic accommodations, we highly recommend visiting the Archaeological Museum in Selinunte. It offers a fascinating insight into the rich history of the area and is definitely worth exploring. Overall, despite the brief internet hiccup, our stay was amazing, and we would love to return.
