Welcome to the Butcher Shop ! After a total gut renovation, we have finally completed the conversion of a 1950's butcher shop into a unique, super-comfortable get-away, 3 minutes from downtown Bethlehem. Many original details were preserved as we completely re-imagined this 1600 sq ft. space, from the giant kitchen door and display cases to the metal beams and track system running throughout the house. We tried to make the space interesting and functional. We hope you like it.

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Take a short hike along the water's edge to Saint Peter’s Village for coffee & pastries, or dinner & drinks. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This beautiful, cozy countryside suite is located in an area where there is a lot to do. If you like the outdoors, shopping, wineries distilleries, breweries or just plain relaxing in the country, this is the place for you. We are a short driving distance to all local restaurants, hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and shops. Access to the pool and a private patio are included in the price of the rental.

Cabin by the creek - Fireplace and Jet Tub

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cozy 2 bedroom cabin that sits a few feet from the creek. The property includes 2 acres of woods on the other side of the creek. Walk across the footbridge and down a short path to a small pond. The cabin was originally a hunting cabin. Over the years it was expanded and converted into a year round residence. The cabin had a 1970’s vibe, so when we renovated it we tried to keep that feel.
