With two double bedrooms, lounge/dinner and a conservatory that has a south facing garden. The décor is cosy and comfortable with the opportunity to prepare everything you need in the compact kitchen. The bathroom has a beach theme, we are not far from the beach and cliffs. Brighton is 7 miles from Peacehaven, Newhaven 3 miles, Seaford is 6 miles, Eastbourne 17 miles.

By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :)

My terraced cottage is located in Hanover where the streets are full of colourful houses. There are lots of local pubs serving delicious food. It is only a short walk from the famous Laines, the beach and station. I have a small courtyard where you can sit and listen to the seagulls. Parking is tricky but I can help out with recommendations and there is always space to park to drop off bags at the house. There is no television but good wifi. No parties here, my neighbours are too precious!

I will hopefully get to meet you on arrival, or there is a key box if not. Our family home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 22 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.
