Well maintained villa in an ideal location. This house was perfect for our family holiday in the quiet but fun seaside resort of Hua Hin. It is very spacious and well equipped and each room has air conditioning. The gym equipment and swimming pool were a nice bonus. There are convenience stores and nice restaurants in close proximity and the beach was a five minute walk away. The main town of Hua Hin had plenty for kids to do and was only 5 minutes away by Grab/Bolt.

een prachtige villa die met smaak is ingericht. Alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt zitten erin. Het is niet erg toeristisch in de buurt, dat maakt het wel wat authentieker. Er zijn verschillende lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. Een scooter huren is wel een must in deze omgeving.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – immer schnell, äußerst hilfsbereit und engagiert. Er hat stets versucht, bei allem zu helfen und alles bestmöglich zu organisieren. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig geschnitten, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders der tolle Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Ein kleines Detail, das wir vermisst haben, war eine Spülmaschine. Allerdings wurde dies durch die fantastische Hausdame mehr als wettgemacht: Sie hielt das Haus täglich blitzsauber und verwöhnte uns zudem mit ihren großartigen Kochkünsten (da sich die Koch-Küche außerhalb des Hauses befindet), – wirklich ein Highlight! Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für uns: ruhig, keine Touristen (wenn dann nur einer einheimische Touristen) und trotzdem alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und haben zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Insgesamt war es genau das, was wir gesucht haben, top – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

Me and my wife have previously been to khao takiab a few times but stayed in hotels, knowing the area however this time with a bigger family we opted for an airbnb. Firstly the house is an older style thai house which we love it was very spacious with three bathrooms, beach towels were left for us which was handy as we forget! overall house was very clean. The location is perfect as is only just a short walk to the beach and family mart / 7-11. The private residence pool is a decent size and a few minutes walk from the house it backs onto a nice cafe / restaurant which had decent coffee and the food was really good with local music few nights a week. Washing machine broke when we was there, the manager done our washing which was really helpful and appreciated. Overall was a nice relaxing break and a great stay Recommended!

This was our second time staying as we enjoyed it so much the first time. As before, it was comfortable, clean and our family felt right at home. We have enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for what we needed.

We stayed at Dym’s place in Hua Hin for almost a month with my parents and my 18-month-old daughter, and it was absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is just outside the terrace yet feels private. The condo was almost empty over Christmas and New Year, so we often had the pool to ourselves. The pool is perfect for both adults and kids, with a super shallow area that my toddler loved. The beach is directly behind the pool with nice sand, but note that at high tide there’s no beach, and at low tide, the water is far out. Still, it becomes a promenade, perfect for walking, even with a pram. The flat exceeded expectations—spacious and well-equipped for a family. Dym kindly provided a baby chair and bath, which made things easier. While we missed having an oven and dishwasher, this was clear in the listing. Communication was excellent, with a manager on-site for any issues. All in all, a peaceful and family-friendly stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at the villa. We were 20 of us for a weekend. There were enough beds for everybody. There are many rooms, 1 kitchen fully furnished, 2 BBQ, 1 bar and a very nice outdoor with the pool. Most probably one of the best villa we’ve been to in Thailand! Our invitees were delighted and so were we. Owners are very nice and accommodating, and made us feel comfortable. You can book without hesitation!
