A nice oasis in quiet Pelada, with a cool dipping pool in the middle of the two cabanas to share. We were lucky that we knew the other couple in cabana 2 but they were private enough that I don’t think it would have mattered if we didn’t. Close to Sunrise coffee which is great breakfast. We bought coffee and fresh fruit from the market and made breakfast smoothies every day while there. Highly recommend renting a golf cart or ATV to get around as, while the beach and Pelada restaurants are walkable, you will want the broader range to get to Guiones or old town Nosara. Place was modern and clean.

Muy feliz de haber escogido este lugar para pasar mis vacaciones!! Una vista increíble 😍, el apartamento muy lindo y bien equipado. Definitivamente el lugar perfecto si quieres descansar y relajarte. Muy buena atención por parte de Federico, siempre respondía mis preguntas de formar rápida y amigable. Definitivamente volveré!!

Ich habe ein Upgrade für die Casita Nummer 3 erhalten und war mehr als glücklich damit. Ich bin sehr wählerisch was die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit angeht und ich könnte nichts bemängeln. Alles ist blitzsauber und Alberto und sein Cousin sind die freundlichsten und fleissigsten Mitarbeiter. Morley ist sehr freundlich und immer gut zu erreichen. Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt und werde nicht zögern zurück zu kommen! Die Focacciapizza in der Bodega daneben, Sunrise Kaffee oder Chivo‘s sind ein Must-Go! Die Yoga Shala und das Gym, plus der Pool - keine offenen Wünsche!

Très très agréable, Nathan a toujours été à l’écoute, disponible et prêts à nous aider. L’endroit en pleine nature et tranquille. Parfait pour se reposer, à proximité des endroits touristiques, la plage à proximité est très belle… la maison est parfaite et confortable pour 2 personnes… sans oublier Sylvia qui était disponible pour nous aider aussi… un séjour inoubliable!!!

Esperanza was a wonderful host! The spot was beautiful and only a 10 minute walk from Playa Pelada. Would definitely stay here again!

Es war alles super. 2 min zu Fuß zum Strand und zur Turtle Hatchery. Cooles Restaurant direkt am Strand, super Service

This was my second stay here and I loved it again. Can’t recommend this place enough!

El alojamiento es igual que en las fotos, la casa es muy iluminada, limpia y ordenada. Tiene todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Las habitaciones son amplias y con suficientes camas para alojar familias grandes. El hecho que esté en un condominio hace que la casa sea muy segura. La piscina es muy fresca y los niños la disfrutaron mucho. Los caminos de la zona son de tierra pero en buen estado, sólo los últimos 2km para llegar al condominio están algo mal, pero manejando despacio hasta un automóvil puede ingresar. Playa Frijolar está a 5 minutos y es muy bonita. Recomiendo al 100% esté alojamiento para sus vacaciones, Yanci estuvo muy atenta y fue pronta con sus respuestas.

This is our second stay at Lila's amazing property. We love it and are already planning our third trip! Hot tips for this place: it is rural. Get a good 4x4 to get here. It makes the trip so much smoother. Land Cruiser Prados are the way to go. I would not recommend cheaping out on the 4wd. I'd also suggest a Costa Rica eSIM for your cell phone. Coverage is spotty, at best. The beach is INSANE. If you do get here, and see its beauty, please keep it a secret! :) Lila's place is perfect. It has everything you need, and a bit more. It is truly an oasis. Lila is a wonderful communicator. Despite you feeling like you are at the end of the world, she's always there to help, and her local team are amazing. They show up and take care of anything immediately. Download a roadmap on your phone. Trust the local restaurants (El Barco and San Miguel are amazing). This area is sensational, and Lila makes it comfy, safe, and so satisfying! Thank you again, Lila!

Mi experiencia en esta casa en Marbella fue absolutamente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara, amable y muy profesional. La casa es aún más hermosa que en las fotos: luminosa, limpia, perfectamente equipada y con una decoración de muy buen gusto. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la playa, restaurantes y lugares de interés, pero al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila que permite descansar con total comodidad. Destaco también la atención a los detalles: toallas suaves, camas muy cómodas, cocina completa y espacios exteriores perfectos para disfrutar del clima mediterráneo. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y la recomiendo al 100 %

The location is excellent, it’s right in Samara Center. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. Only thing to note is it’s not exactly a house, it’s a hotel. It’s three separate rooms, the one in the center has the kitchen and living room. If your a big group with couples, it’s great. All in all the place is clean, in a great location, and very friendly staff.

Alex and Leonie were great hosts. Very responsive; answered all our questions and were very helpful. The house was great- plenty of space, very comfortable, very close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Super convenient that there is a washing machine and line to dry clothes. Pool was a highlight for us- great to relax in the evenings after activities during the day.

Cada bastante espaciosa, muy tranquilo y limpio, equipada con muchas cosas la piscina con agua tibia, la cuartos espaciosos. No tiene olla de arroz, ni microondas.

This is a wonderfully stock Airbnb. It has everything you need for a week at the beach. It is located in the heart of the town and is easy to walk to restaurants and bars. We could not have asked for a better host and experience.

Our stay at Jarrod’s place was incredible! Best vacation house you could ask for. Perfect location right on the beach but still super private. Having a swimming pool right on the ocean is about as good as it gets, we usually spend most of our vacation time at the beach but this house was so great we wound up spending more time by the pool. Also the house is stocked very well, everything an Airbnb/rental house should have this house has. Jarrod was very accommodating and helped us with transportation and Covid testing at the house. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Playa Negra area! We will definitely be coming back!

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Right in the center of town and a short walk to the beach. Great amenities - coffee maker and coffee, mini shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and lotions, washer/dryer. Beds were very comfortable! Very clean.

Federica is full of grace and wisdom. Her daily yoga is extremely special, as are the reiki treatments. We could walk everywhere and enjoy the treats of Samara. They have a little oasis that is so special.

Très beau et malheureusement trop court séjour. Le lieu de l'hébergement est très bien situé, au calme et proche de la mer et en même temps à quelques minutes à pieds du centre. Formalités à l'arrivée et au départ clairement communiquées. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient disponibles y compris les serviettes pour la piscine, laquelle a été vraiment très appréciée et utilisée ! Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

The condo was beautiful, and you can't beat the view. Any questions we had were quickly addressed. The pool was really nice as well. You can't really walk to town safely because there is no sidewalk and it's a busy main road. Adults should be able to during the day I guess, we never attempted it. You can walk to town via the beach, the walk to the beach is easy. We would definitely stay there again!

The location of Monte Laguna Condominiums is very convenient; a short walk to Samara Beach and 5 minute drive to Carillo Beach, both beautiful and uncrowded. The town of Samara is a 10 minute drive and has loads of great restaurants. The condo itself has all the amenities one needs and the pool is an added feature which I took advantage to swim laps and relax pool-side on a daily basis. This rental is highly recommended.
