There is a full kitchen, full bathroom, TV, A/C, hot water, & a patio hammock. There are 2 other casitas for rent on the property and can be reserved through a separate listing.

This adorable little villa is perched on the edge of a tidal river full of nature! There are mangroves, kingfishers, basilisk lizards, howler monkeys, armadillos and more. El apartamento, para 1 o 2 personas, se encuentra ubicado en centro de playa Samara, a 200mts de la playa en una zona muy tranquila (perfecto para las noches) y cerca de practicamente todo (supermercado, restaurantes, farmacia, policia, bancos, oficinas de tours, etc). Disfrutara de un ambiente familiar caracterizado por la buena atencion y pronta ayuda en lo que sea necesario. Se ofrece servicio de limpieza a la habitacion una vez por semana, no se ofrece el servicio de lavanderia.
