Die Unterkunft ist super! Das Grundstück, der Pool und der Ausblick sind ein Traum. Die Küchenzeile bietet alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. Es ist ein absolut wunderschönes Haus, perfekt ausgestattet, super sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist extrem ruhig, man muss ein Stückchen hinlaufen und kann nicht direkt am Haus parken, auch nicht zum auspacken. Das sollte man bedenken. Aber wenn man erstmal angekommen ist, ist es ein Traum. Die Aussicht und der ganze Außenbereich ist unglaublich, der Pool ist perfekt erfrischend und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten bieten für jeden Moment und jede Mahlzeit den idealen Platz. Die Küche könnte nicht besser ausgestattet sein, es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr modern, die Betten sind bequem, es ist nicht hellhörig und man hat viele Rückzugsorte. Zudem war die Kommunikation mit Ute einwandfrei, sehr freundlich, mit vielen Tipps zur Umgebung. Wir waren begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr Flexibel und die Anreise wurde Perfekt von ihr beschriebn. Die Aussicht auf den See war Wunderbar und die Wohnung war sehr schön. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Giuseppe's place was perfect for our group of 12, offering plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gelato shops, and grocery stores within walking distance, and the ferry is just a short stroll away. One of the best features was the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The upstairs patio also offered beautiful views and a great space for meals, but the hot tub definitely made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Séjour magique dans ce quartier plus au calme de l’agitation du lac, la vue est magnifique, le gîte également. Valentina est très rapide pour trouver des solutions à toutes les questions et on se sent bien dans cet endroit!

Alles wie beschrieben. Tolles Haus mit tollem Garten. Für uns mit zwei Familien hat es perfekt gepasst, die Kinder haben den Garten und den Pool geliebt. Schöner Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, Bäcker direkt nebenan. Die angrenzende Hauptstraße ist laut, das war aber den bisherigen Bewertungen schon zu entnehmen.

Vistas espectaculares. Bien ubicado. El alojamiento se correspondía a las fotos. Lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Fácil aparcamiento. Lo recomendaría sin dudas.

Kleine aber schöne perfekt ausgetüftelte Wohnung in der Nähe von Laax Zentrum und wenige Meter zum schibus.perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht- oder nicht. Großzügig 20 Kaffeepads für die Maschine da. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Pamela. Sauna auch im Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Der Check-In war sehr einfach und wurde vom Gastgeber im Vorhinein sehr gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, falls man nicht kochen möchte. Besonders empfehlen können wir das Frühstück unten im Hotel! 😊

Eine rundum empfehlenswerte Unterkunft: Top Lage: atemberaubender Blick auf den See • ruhig aber dennoch nur 5min zum Fährhafen und zu einem kleinen Supermarkt • 10min zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Menaggio • viele gute Restaurants in Menaggio, eines davon nur 3 min zu Fuß von der Unterkunft • mehrere Wanderrouten direkt von der Wohnung aus erreichbar • Menaggio ist auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit Boot oder Auto sehr gut geeignet Top Ausstattung: Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Teil einer Wohnanlage von ca. 20 Wohneinheiten, teils private Ferienwohnungen von Italienern, teils gewerbliche Apartments. Der Pool war im April noch geschlossen, es schien als würde der Bereich gerade saniert werden, so dass er im Sommer sicher ein guter Mehrwert ist. Top Gastgeber: Stefania war immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a great stay at Daniel's apartment in Flims over Easter. Daniel is a superb host who is very friendly, communicative and goes out of his way to make you feel at home (he even provided Easter chocolate for us on arrival, which was a nice touch!). The apartment itself was clean, well-located and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The incredible mountain views from the balcony were definitely a highlight, and the top-class pool/sauna facilities were great for unwinding after a long day of hiking. I would 100% recommend Daniel's if visiting Flims or the surrounding areas in Graubünden.

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

Great appartement, close to the Jakobshorn Ski-Lift. Nice location with afternoon sun on the balcony. All facilities are close by (train station, shops, super market, ski bus stop). Complete kitchen with good aplliances and kitchen tools.

What a beautiful apartment, with amazing views and great facilities. The apartment has a pool although this was not open for our stay The views from the apartment are second to none as this apartment is high up above varenna. The apartment is within easy distance of many places (we hired a car) as well as easy distance to the ferry port. We did not brave the walk down to varenna as it was very steep (and we have a 3 year old!) The apartment has everything you need for a short stay here. The beds are very comfy and shower is good. The garden is private and a great place to watch the sunset. I would highly recommend Ralfs apartment to anyone, it’s better if you have a car but Varenna is still accessible. Vezio castle is worth a visit, Varenna is busy but amazing, Bellagio is very steep, don’t take a pram! And menaggio is also beautiful. Como is a little more lively and Lecco also has some great shops. Monza is a great visit for F1 fans and of course Milan!

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, in Nähe des Skilifts, Supermarkts und vielen Restaurants. Super eingerichtet mit Allem was man so braucht + die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels, wie Skiraum, Tiefgarage und Spa. Die Kommunikation mit Jessica und Janine war einwandfrei und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen!

Schönes Haus, Vermieter sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

We had great holidays in this beautiful and really clean house with everything you need.

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la maison, qui est très agréable. La piscine est un vrai plus pour les journées chaudes et les enfants qui en ont bien profité. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Elle est située dans une zone résidentielle agréable et calme, entourée de montagnes et de forêts. A proximité de la maison, il y a une pizzeria et un restaurant, ainsi qu'un bar. La pizzeria est simple et bonne, le restaurant propose des plats typiques de la région - dans les 2 cas il faut réserver en aout. Pour les commerces, il faut prendre la voiture et aller au centre de Colico ou à l'hypermarché plus loin (10 min). La boucherie de Colico est très bien, et il y a un primeur en face. La plage accessible a pied est très jolie et naturelle. Enfin, il est possible de prendre le train juste à côté de la maison pour visiter Varenna et les autres villages et c'est sans doute le moyen le plus pratique !

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Belle maison sur les hauteurs de Bellano environ 15 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le lac et un peu plus pour revenir car le chemin monte. Belle vue sur le Lac de Côme. Maison conforme à la description. Accès rapide à l’autoroute ce qui permet de rayonner facilement sur la rive Est du lac. Très bon accueil et très bon séjour.

Literally PARADISE!!! I’m almost tempted to NOT leave a review so other people don’t know about this place haha The home is private, comfortable, charming and super cute. Loved staying here for a week, i could even stay for a MONTH!!! Things to note!! 1) Not walkable to anything so be sure that’s okay with you — also, rent a car!!! 2) house is adorable but no AC (was totally fine for us in early June - not too hot yet) 3) bring your own towels! Kinda silly but it is a being your own towel or a 5 euro charge per set to borrow Overall will definitely be back!
