这是第二次来清迈了，之前入住房东宁曼一号的房子体验感极好。这次过来人比较多，房东推荐了这一套泳池别墅。高档大气，舒适温馨。超大的客厅，落地窗对着泳池，烧烤区旁边有条小河，晚上还不是很热，坐在外面很舒服。小区很安静，也没有什么飞机的噪音，之前在宁曼路住，美中不足就是飞机噪音，但其实这里开车去也就十几分钟，很快就到了。有卡拉OK，台球，住这里感觉都不用出去玩了，但因为行程安排，只能在清迈住两天。强烈推荐！还会再来的！

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! Thanks for having us Pimanchaya.

We stayed at Oom's restaurant for 2 weeks and had a great time! It's a gorgeous house in the middle of the jungle. The garden is also pretty big and has all sorts of veggies, herbs, etc. It's a more rural area so be prepared to not have all amenities of big cities. We rented bicycles and these were very fun to ride on the smaller hilly roads, thanks to the small amount of traffic. Oom helped us with any questions or problems and provided good suggestions. If you want a more rural Thailand experience, this is a great place for it.

Jorge is such an outstanding host. His communication is always responsive and attentive. He is so friendly and helpful that you will get a friend after your stay. Our whole family felt right home at the place and kids do not want to leave the place with lots of fun things to do/play with. We all enjoy the pool and jacuzzi very much. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Je voulais passer mon anniversaire dans un endroit paisible et je n’ai pas été déçue. Les photos ne rendent pas assez hommage à la beauté du cadre et du logement ,la vue est magnifique,on a l’impression d’être en symbiose avec la nature Nook a été d’une très grande aide et a le contact facile,j’ai adoré discuté avec elle C’était comme retrouver une ancienne amie Sa mère est également très charmante, La qualité du service est impeccable J’y retournerai à mon prochain passage !

We had a pleasant and enjoyable time thanks to Lily assistance in providing us with a wonderful property. Sclass villa had all we needed. Fantastic pool. Spacious rooms with clean modern bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious with daily top up of drinking water. Attentive caretakers and good housekeeping. Facility is just adjacent to the airport and cab ride about 15 mins to mall, shopping and entertainment areas. Pui and Lily were very responsive and helpful making sure we had a comfortable stay. Will definitely return. Thank you Ms Lily and Ms Pui for hosting us.

實際入住的感覺比照片美的太多太多了！ 泳池非常乾淨又很寬敞，還有按摩功能❤️ 客廳、廚房非常乾淨明亮、採光很好、器具齊全，挑高的設計讓人非常舒服。 每一間客房都很精心設計且都有衛浴設備，熱水穩定、水量多！ 如果再來清邁一定會再來入住🥹🥹🥹 超級棒的住宿體驗！

We absolutely loved our stay at this floating villa in Chiang Mai! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place had everything we needed—and more. You can really tell the host puts care into every detail. Everything was spotless, and communication was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. It’s a little out of the city center, which we actually appreciated for the peace and quiet, and there are a few great restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Chiang Mai!

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

더 좋을 수 없을 정도로 너무 만족한 숙소였습니다. 호스트는 항상 빠른 답변을 해주었고 숙소 입실 전까지 꼼꼼하게 챙겨주었어요. 숙소에 가서는 매니저가 조식이랑 청소 여부에 대해 세심하게 챙겼고 필요한 용품도 바로 마련해주었습니다. 숙소는 내가 이런 호사를 누려도 되나 싶을 정도로 너무 아름답고 편안했습니다. 수영장과 스파, 큰 침대와 편안한 침구, 매일 새로 채워주시는 물과 수건, 어메니티까지 나무랄 곳이 없었습니다. 아름다운 조경과 넉넉한 공간이 주는 여유까지... 여기에 살고 싶었어요 ㅠㅠ 별 5개가 아깝지 않네요. 이 곳을 발견하셨다면 당장 가세요. 망설일 필요가 없습니다. 추천, 추천, 완전 추천입니다!

Beautiful location, high quality rooms and idyllic climate high up in the hills. Only issue is getting transport to other places because of how remote it is.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

Great place, really love it. Host also very helpful and responsive. During our stay, one of the day unfortunately electricity was out due to heavy rain and strong wind broke trees and hit electric pole, host instruct care taker to run the generator, though actually even without electric, this place is just so enjoyable, you don't need electric at all, such good place to enjoy and relax. Looking forward to come back some day.

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.
