I had a great time in Maynus' apartment. It is exactly like in the pictures, equipped with everything you need, very clean and well maintained. The pool and fitness room is perfect. The location is good, very close to the BTS station, which takes you to the city center relatively quickly. There is a 7-11 around the corner and a few restaurants. It is not a very touristy area. However, I really enjoyed it and it is perfect if you want to see how Bangkokians live and experience Bangkok off the beaten track. Maynus communicates very friendly and very quickly. After the air purifier filter was full of all the smog, it was immediately replaced. I was even able to check in at 10:00 a.m. because I arrived on the night train and was greeted very friendly by her. I immediately felt at home and was glad to had this apartment. Bangkok can be very stressful and overwhelming and so this apartment was perfect for me to have some peace and quiet from stressful and dirty and smogy Bangkok. Thanks!

L'alloggio proposto è perfettamente corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione. L'appartamento è comodo, dotato di ogni confort, spazioso con due bagni e due camere da letto (perfetto anche per chi ha bambini). C'è una bella piscina sul tetto con la palestra che noi abbiamo utilizzato ogni mattina e al tramonto (è spettacolare). La zona dell'appuntamento è perfetta, centrale ma riparata dal caos e della strada principale. Consiglio assolutamente di alloggiare in questo appartamento!

Great place. Stayed 12 days. Big room with everything you need. Clean. Comfortable bed. Great location. You can walk to many restaurants, to the BTS, even to the post office. Just far enough from Sukhumvit (100m) not to be disturbed by the noise (you don't hear it). You can cook. You can wash your clothes. Good Wi-Fi. A bit on the expensive side considering you have no service, no gym, no pool. But that's a matter of personal opinion. Friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. Overall, I strongly recommend.

The place is clean and super convenient for a stay. The living room and bedroom are both pretty spacious. I really liked that the shower area has its own door, so there’s no water mess in the toilet or sink area. The only downside is that they give just one key for one bedroom, which isn’t ideal—but the staff is friendly and happy to help if you need the door opened.

Great apartment in an ideal location. You're just minutes from food, bars, spas and several malls. We especially loved So Vegan in the mall and Coffee Club nearby. Chana Spa, just down the alley, became a favorite. Affordable fruit and veggies are also close by. The building is super close to the SkyTrain, which made it easy to get around. There’s a rooftop bar with incredible 360-degree views, and the gym—while small—was solid. We stayed here during the Myanmar earthquake, and the host checked in immediately to make sure we were okay. Communication was fast and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a two-week stay. Laundry detergent, hair products and cleaning supplies were provided, which made it easy to keep things clean and organized. The building itself is quiet. If you don’t want to walk far for food or entertainment—especially in the heat—this is a great pick.

The staff’s friendliness and warmth made us feel at home from the very beginning. The apartment was newly renovated and exceptionally cozy, providing a comfortable retreat. We were fortunate to meet and become friends with Shawn, Bruce, Nick, Edmund, and Sara. Their polite and outgoing nature made for enjoyable conversations. It was a cozy, clean, and comfortable place—like a warm hug after a long day. We slept like babies on those incredibly comfy beds 😴 The host was super helpful and friendly, providing clear instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze—no escape-room-level puzzles here! The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The location was awesome—walking distance to the MRT and lots of cool cafes and places to eat nearby. The host was really friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Would recommend and stay here again!

Great apartment and great facilities. The apartment looks like the pictures and was specious for me (one person). The location is also super. Only a few minutes walk to ekkamai bts. Kun is also a super host. Very responsive and friendly. Did not have any issues. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re coming to Bangkok. 5/5 ⭐️ from me 😁

Absolutely fantastic stay, highly recommend Pan's place. Five stars across the board! First and foremost, the cleanliness was impeccable. Not a speck of dust, and, most importantly, absolutely no bugs or insects whatsoever. This is a huge plus for us, and it truly made the stay comfortable and worry-free. The location was perfect. It was incredibly accessible to all the amenities we needed and public transportation were all within easy walking distance. Finally, and perhaps most surprisingly, the Bedrooms were remarkably quiet, with absolutely no traffic noise, which is a rare treat in a city location. This made it a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back!

The condo complex has everything you might need: a grocery store, restaurants, massage places, and nearby markets, a food court, a shopping mall, and a BTS station. It’s a bit far from Bangkok’s nightlife. The apartment is small but well equipped, with even a workspace for a laptop. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for remote work - the desk and chair aren’t ergonomic, and longer sessions can cause back issues. Overall, a nice spot if you don’t want to stay in central BKK.

We really enjoyed our stay! BTS is 1 minute walk. Quite. Rooftop pool was amazing. Great view. Nearby market has great food. Highly recommend.
