值得一住，乾淨所有東西都很新，有洗衣機很方便雪櫃很大。所有東西都很好，屋主很細心送了小禮物及密實袋給我們，因為是潑水節，所以準備給我們。下次會再做，不過唯一不太好是行去BTS遠了小小！

Merci beaucoup a Krisna de nous avoir prêter son logement pendant ses 10 jours. La maison est immense, les chambres sont très grande et le fait d'avoir sa propre salle de bain est juste génial. On s'est vraiment senti en sécurité dans ce lieu et c'était très calme, il y faisait bon vivre. Merci de nous avoir offert des pop corns, ils étaient délicieux. merci pour tous les conseils concernant les trajets en taxi et les lieux à visiter. On est reparti avec de très beaux souvenirs pleins la tête. Merci, je recommande fortement cette hôte.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment hosted by OAK! The rooms were superb—very spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The entire place had a peaceful vibe, perfect for relaxing. Security was solid, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. A big plus was getting to enjoy the vibrant Songkran celebrations right in front of the society—such a fun experience! OAK was a wonderful host—very responsive, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

It’s a superbly comfy stay! The stay was 100% the same as the photos, even better I would say. The entire house, together with the pool, was very clean. Hosts were responsive and friendly. All instructions were clear. Shall revisit soon!!

Wow—what an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, which really added to the trip. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to everything. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a solo recharge, or a fun time with friends, this place checks all the boxes. Can’t recommend it enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great stay for our large group. Yes, while the walk to the public transit can be a bit far (very do-able!), the boat ferry (Khlong Saen Saep) is barely a 5 min walk away and you take it one stop to the MRT. Housekeeping was there every morning cleaning the common areas. Everyone loved the pool. I do wish we had separate pool towels vs bath towels - BUT when I asked for an iron or steamer they brought one immediately so I'm sure we could have asked for them! Great stay for a large group.

The black kingdom is an amazing place to stay. The owners did a very good job designing the place. This is one of those listings where the place actually looks better then the pictures. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house with impressive interior woodwork. Clean, organized, very well maintained, fully supplied. Host is very polite and friendly and excellent with communication. Check-in and apartment instructions very easy and clear. Wifi is fast and reliable, speedtested over 300MBPs download and 180upload. A/C, appliances, hot water, drains, etc all function perfectly. It’s extremely peaceful, quiet, and safe, but you can easily and quickly get to a main road for some nice restaurants, a few street vendors, and the all-important 7-11. You can safely disregard the absurd negative review from some angry, entitled farang a few months ago, it has no basis in fact. I’d like to stay here again. Highly recommend.
