Overall I was happy with this little place for the night. Bed is firm but large. I enjoy the balcony and air conditioning worked well. Was very quiet at night. 18 minutes to night life. Wifi was out briefly. Overall clean and comfortable

Мы прожили в квартире неделю. Она оказалась больше, чем на фотографиях. Было чисто. Квартира - на первом этаже. Этого я не увидел в описании. На территории есть бассейн. Недалеко магазины и торговля. Хозяйка квартиры оперативно отвечала. Мы довольны.

Очень комфортная квартира с новым ремонтом. Все соответствует фотографиям. Дом расположен в 3х минутах от метро, что очень удобно. В стоимость была включена уборка раз в неделю. Однозначно рекомендую

Loved my stay here. A soulful, quiet and cosy home in a fun and very authentic Thai neighbourhood. Anchali was a great host helping advise me on local spots and good places to eat. The park next door is so full of character, Muay Thai, running and lots of trees, this is almost worth it alone. Was a great base to explore Sathorn and Yan Nawa river areas, especially with the bicycle provided. Would happily stay longer term, recommended!

房子很大，很不错，就是有点老，比如空调老，水泥板有磕碰。没有像样的客厅和沙发，泳池旁边的大桌子像客厅，但是户外类型的，如果是室内的客厅并且有电视就更好了

Amazing place to stay close to BTS station with good amenities. Worth the stay for siteseeing near bangkok Supattra is very approachable and responsive the check in is hassle free!

Annie and Jira were absolutely incredibke hosts and we felt so welcome, at home and incredibly happy during our wonderful stay in Maison Chan. Everything was perfect and we really loved the area and the home itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated as well as being perfect and comfortable for all our needs. We had an absolute brilliant time and would gladly come back anytime! The hosts are indeed superhosts!! Thank you so much Annie and Jira for making our stay so special. 🙏🏼

Nice, quiet and clean place to stay. It met our expectations. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the stay and felt very safe. Benny is very communicative provided local restaurants/bars as suggestions as well as local grocery stores and made sure I felt comfortable.

The appartment is simple but very cozy for two people travelling and wanting to discover Bangkok!

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.

I stayed a few days after the quake and life was pretty normal. No cracks on walls or building but Garden cordoned off as well as the roof top pool. No biggie. Hope it’s re-opened next time. Super easy walk to MRT and secure, cozy, private apartment with amenities on the ground floor. There were a few more rules noted in the flat e.g. smoking weed carries an enormous fine which should be made clear online but again, no biggie. It was a lovely place to unwind after exploring

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely book it again in the future!

송크란에 맞춰 묵었던 숙소인데 가격대비 룸컨디션이 너무 좋아 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 내부는 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔했고 청결했으며 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방콕에 방문한다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.
