We have stayed at some really nice Airbnbs in the past, but this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The grounds, the house and the staff are absolutely incredible. We are already looking at dates to book another dedicated trip to this house. If the house is available for your travel dates, consider yourself lucky. I'm afraid the secret is out!

Nuestro descanso de semana Santa, fue increible, la casa es bellicima, el ambiente familiar. La vista al lago y los volcanes, lo mejor. Una magnifica eleccion, pensamos regresar. El anfitrion don Juan, una persona super agradable, servicial y sobre todo, apoya en todo momento. Una casa 100% recomendada. Las fotos se quedan cortas con tanta belleza que uno encuentra. Muy acogedora

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

Doña Rosa went above and beyond for us! Long story short, we were left by our driver in Panajachel, (lots of) luggage and all. I contacted doña Rosa and she immediately was helpful. She recommended a local lancha (boat) person who immediately picked us up and brought us to the boat launch area near the Airbnb. Since we had tons of luggage, she offered herself and her vehicle to do a couple of trips to get all of our luggage to the Airbnb. She didn’t hesitate to jump into action and help us out. Once we were at the Airbnb she was beyond welcoming. Showing us the gorgeous home and all of its amenities. The house itself is as pictured. Beautiful inside and out. We had a blast enjoying the pool, the jacuzzi or just sitting outside enjoying the birds sing. The location is amazing. Nestled within a lot of beautiful homes! The community even has a helipad which we saw a helicopter land on right in front of us! I would totally recommend doña Rosa & her beautiful home!

Pasamos una semana brutal en esta casa. El diseño es espectacular, todo en la propiedad está muy bien pensado y con un gusto genial. Cada detalle hacen de la estadía algo sabroso y placentero, quedamos fascinados con mi esposo. El espacio es súper funcional, lindo y privado. La casa es tan práctica, la vegetación hermosa y toda la decoración hermosa. La cama también garantiza un buen descanso. Es fácil llegar desde la ciudad y Julio nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía, sin importar la hora. Es importante tomar en cuenta que la casa no tiene wi-fi y la señal es poca, pero es la excusa perfecta para desconectarse de verdad. ¡Gracias Victoria! Por abrir las puertas de este lugar hermoso y en especial por acoplarte a nuestras necesidades. Seguro volvemos.

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! Do not hesitate to book this place.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Garten und Tischtennisplatte. Wir hatten 2 Unterkünfte in Panajachel und konnten unsere Rucksäcke früher abgeben, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet! Die beiden Hunde und der Garten haben es perfekt abgerundet, würden definitiv wiederkommen!

A well-equipped, clean apartment just one block from the main square and a 5-10 minute walk to the main beach. Communication with the host was easy the entire time. San Lucas doesn't have much tourism, but that's what makes the experience more valuable. My family stayed for a week and enjoyed the rooftop with amazing volcano views.

5 stars!! Perfect location, great place for value, host was so awesome, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would stay here again if we ever come back. Plus best coffee we have ever had at this place!

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

Muy lindo, muy cómodo, muy limpio y ordenado.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos sentimos tan cómodos que decidimos extender nuestra estadía un día más para seguir disfrutando de las amenidades del lugar y la vista de Panajachel. Silvia siempre estuvo pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, esperamos regresar pronto para seguir disfrutando de este rincón tan especial.

Muy buena ubicación y excelente servicio

We enjoyed the location and accuracy of the house. Host was very helpful. For the price it was great. It could use a fan, really stuffy inside at night. The pillows were really big or paper thin. We just didn’t sleep well here but it wasn’t a thing really to fix it. Quiet place with a shared driveway inside gate. Would return.

Jättebra värd som var hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på alla frågor. Hon hjälpte till att koppla ihop oss med en chaufför som kunde ta oss från Guatemala City till San Pedro smidigt och säkert. Boendet var precis som beskrivet. Badrummet är verkligen i minsta laget, men det funkar och det var som vi läst i beskrivningen innan. Läget är kanon! Man kommer bort en bit från huvudgatorna så att det blir lite lugnare, men man har ändå gångavstånd till hela staden. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse!

Una cabaña muy bonita para relajarse, cómoda y excelente atención.

This place was so perfect! We wished we were able to stay longer. Magdalena greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a tour, and even gave us a fresh loaf of bread and eggs for breakfast. The home is incredibly cozy, photogenic, and has amazing views from the terrace. Magdalena was very responsive on the AirBNB app, and helped us organize a private shuttle transfer from Antigua to San Pedro for a very fair price. It is a bit far from the main/touristy areas of San Pedro, but we had a very easy time finding tuktuks (taxis) to take us there or it is a 15-20 minute walk. HIGHLY recommend to anyone interested in a unique stay!

Was a stunning view from the Airbnb which we loved morning and night. It is a walk to get up so we recommend using the tuk tuk driver they suggest to help bring heavy luggage up and down at the start and end. The cabin does get very cold at night as there is no curtains and a slight opening at the top that lets the cold in and there wasn’t many places for us to store our things

This is our second stay at The Artist's Loft and it was just as peaceful as the first time in 2017. The view is breathtaking and I feel the best view of Lake Atitlan. The house is spacious, sunny and airy. I enjoyed the firm bed. The staff, Dorca, Milka and Nathanael were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed reading on the deck and had almost all our meals there. I became friends with the parrot Victoria and became attached to her. Everytime I saw her she made me laugh. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We are a family of 4 (1 currently living in Guatemala) and we absolutely loved this home. Note that it is a family home passed down through generations and is a bit rustic, and requires visitors to be mindful. Some features such as the windows need to be treated with care. The grounds are extraordinary and walkable. The guardian Juan José was available to help if we needed anything including shopping for our BBQ. He lit an outdoor fire and we relaxed under the stars. We made use of paddle boards and kyack. I can't say enough about how helpful Joaquin was before during and after our stay. Thank you thank you
