The neighborhood is quiet, located within 2 miles of shopping and restaurants. This neighborhood has plentiful wildlife. Villa Capri is located on host’s lot. The yard and pool are shared by hosts. It is a brand new, about 400 sf converted space with the right ambiance , great outdoors space, modern and charming. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet .
