This is just a beautiful place -- wonderfully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and welcoming outdoor spaces. It is close enough to restaurants and activities in PS, yet far enough from the airport to be quiet. We'll try to rebook only this place when next in town.

We stayed for two nights at the adorable Golden Ave bungalow leading up to our first cruise on the Pacific side and our first time in Long Beach. We picked the bungalow because of its location to the cruise port and I love the character of 1950’s style homes. The California king in the bedroom was a nice surprise and comfortable! I also loved the shower and all the amenities. One day we walked over to the Potholder Cafe then from there to the Aquarium. To address a negative review, yes you can hear your surrounding neighbors at times during the day when they are outside but also keep in mind the house is older so insulation was diff then.

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! We absolutely loved spending a week at our home away from home, we were sad to leave! The house was super cute, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It was actually even nicer than it looked in the pictures! The outdoor areas were perfect for our dog, who had a great time sunbathing in various locations. We only used the larger bedroom and it was very comfy & quiet with excellent blackout shades. Great walking proximity to the beach (especially the dog beach), restaurants and a supermarket. Was also convenient to have the garage. Shawn is a great host, very proactive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend Shawn’s great house!

This house was amazing on every level! The location was fantastic for our week-long stay on Los Angeles. SO many things close by and Travis was th best host we have ever experienced! He was so responsive and flexible and the house literally had so mnay things if you needed them. Our stay was so top notch i want the corporate people at Airbnb to model everything the way Travis does it because it was just so spectacular The location was amazing and so close to everything! THIS HOUSE IS A MUST RENT, it was a fantastic experience!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

Highly recommend this well-appointed spot in Pomona! The house was exactly as described and pictured - clean, pleasant, and spacious. Ann and Joel were responsive, helpful, and made checking in and out such a breeze. The backyard, right down to the patio, fairy lights, and space to run around with a toddler, was exactly what I was looking for. And because of the lemon and orange trees, and the jasmine that blooms around the neighborhood, walking out your door is a bit like lighting a Jo Malone candle. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting friends or family in the area, or for anyone who’s attending the nearby (in walking distance!) LA County Fair and want to make a weekend of it.

I had a solo getaway to this home for 3 days and I was sad when it came time to leave. The home is the epitome of perfection and the host is so friendly. Every detail in Steven’s modern home is truly impeccable and I still kept finding new little details even on my last day. The decor, paint, and many lighting options make the indoors a very lively atmosphere. The pool area felt like my own personal resort and looked out to the stunning mountains. Thank you to Steven for sharing this slice of paradise with me. I will be day dreaming of the dream home until I return again.

We stayed at the house while going to Coachella and had a great time! the house had everything we needed, communications were great and the host was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out time, and the self service options were very helpful. also located close to the convention center which is walking distance and made the shuttle rides very convenient. The house is very spacious as well as the outdoor area and very comfortably fits 10 ppl.

We couldn't have asked for a better place, the location was very private and the house was really clean, and super cute. I feel like the pictures don't do justice to how bright, and homey the house is. Maybe it's because my favourite colour is green and it was everywhere. I initially made the mistake of only booking for 1 person instead of 4, when I reached out to Ryan he responded within minutes letting me know there was no need to cancel; the reservation, because he would make the changes for me. Every time I communicated with him he was extremely responsive and explained things thoroughly, I never felt like he was annoyed of my questions. He also doesn't have ridiculous rules like "make all the beds, wash all the clothes" I'm on vacation and the last thing I want to do is clean like I'm a home. He has reasonable request like taking out the trash, and putting the dishes on the dishwasher. (if you can't do this, I don't know what to tell you ;) Great experience all around

The entire stay was perfect. Loved this beautiful home along with the great location. Everything we needed to make our stay seamless was there. Pool was awesome. Definitely recommend this house. Owners were great and super responsive. We had 13 people all together and had plenty of space.

We really enjoyed staying at Kathryn's place. The pool and hot tub were wonderful once we understood how they worked. Kathryn was responsive to all our questions. The beds were comfortable, and nights were quiet in the neighborhood. It was a quick and easy drive to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. We had a great stay and highly recommend Kathryn's place.

We had such a fun time staying in this house! It had that perfect retro Palm Springs vibe that our whole family really appreciated and enjoyed. The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for our week-long stay. Even though the weather was a bit chilly for April, the heated pool made it perfect for swimming and relaxing. The spacious backyard was great for our pup to run around, and the grill made dinners outside easy and enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was also ideal—close to downtown, grocery stores, and the Tram, making everything easy to access. All in all, this was exactly what we hope for in an Airbnb—comfortable, clean, stylish, and convenient. Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute must-stay! It’s a little slice of paradise with a private pool and hot tub. It’s conveniently located near all major routes and attractions, with easy walkable locations and close to the main area of PS. I didn’t drive the entire trip while staying at the house; I walked everywhere. It was simply amazing!

The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable! Basic necessities for kitchen and bathroom were provided. Extra towels, bedding fans, and heaters were also available to use. The kids enjoyed the boardgames. Audrey was very proactive and communicative when an issue with one of the trees on her property that posed a problem from a storm few days prior. She was trying to remedy the problem and even allowed us the option to stay at her property while I contact AirBNB customer support to assist with what our options were if we needed to relocate . unfortunately, Airbnb customer service had me on hold for 1hr before I hung up. Audrey was understanding and flexible with our situation and provided us the option to stay and even extended the time of check out. We highly recommend this property and host! Thanks Audrey!

To be honest Marianne made me feel like I was staying with family. She was very informative, helpful,friendly and very much invested in our comfort. Thank you for attention to the details that made our stay so memorable. I definitely recommend that if you are lucky enough to be selected by her that you run and book now!!!

Tower 17 Properties does a great job keeping its properties clean and well maintained. The house was right next to the beach, great amenities, peaceful area, and scenery cannot be beat. They communicated well before and during our stay to ensure we were informed and knew exactly what to do and how to find things. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their properties.

We were on a project in the area and stayed at Lexis & Zach's. It was exactly as described, comfortable and very clean. The location and house was just perfect!

The cabin was great. We really appreciated the little details put in by the hosts that made our stay much more enjoyable. Communication was great and hosts responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. Two (minor) things that keep me from giving the place a perfect rating are the dog hair. I understood that the place was pet friendly but we did encounter a bit of dog hair on the floors, couches, and some of the throw blankets. Also the tv remote for the living room tv was in rough shape and made using the tv a bit frustrating at times. Again, these two things did not ruin the trip at all but worth noting. Overall it was a great family trip and we would definitely recommend the cabin to any one of our friends.

We had such a great time at the cabin! Lisa thought of everything: a well appointed kitchen, robes, plenty of extra blankets and towels, TVs in every room, lots of games to play, and super cute decor. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace, and the fully fenced yard for our dogs. Great location. We will definitely stay here again!
