We had a great family weekend at Micheal’s place. Micheal was a great host and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and felt cozy but was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. Also loved the proximity to Pioneertown and the Restaurants and shops in town.

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

The host was super welcoming, providing all the little touches that made the stay feel personal and special. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to all the best local spots. We used this property for a professional photo shoot, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is even more beautiful in person—immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and filled with natural light, which made shooting a dream. Every room had its own character and charm, giving us a variety of stunning backdrops without ever having to leave the space. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our needs, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Highly recommend this space for creatives, production teams, or anyone looking for a standout property. Would absolutely book again!

Josef’s place was perfect for our multi-night stay with two little kids. There was a brand new pack and play and outlet covers in common areas. We enjoyed the games in the sunroom and the pool table in the garage. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also walking distance to a neighborhood playground which we really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Our family has been going to Lake Havasu for spring break for the last 5 or 6 years. This house was by far the best. The kitchen is so stocked to seasoning to baggies it had everything you would need. Coffee was provided. We did buy some but wouldnt HAVE to go out the very first day. The outdoor space was perfect and cozy. Plenty of seating and the pool was heated and very clean. We love that this house had trees!!! Yes there are more leaves to clean up but trees!!! I would absolutely stay here again. I was a little concerned that the pool and yard guy would wake us up at 6am ringing the door bell but he didnt thankfully haha.

Ingrid is a warm-hearted woman with a gentle spirit and a gift for hospitality. Her space reflects her persona and is engineered for comfortable living. From the kitchenette, to the bathroom, to the laundry space, to the bed area, to the porch table and pool, everything is master planned for perfection. Ingrid's attention to detail transforms a cozy space into an understated yet extremely luxurious experience. Hand crafted soap, scented oils, complimentary domestic supplies, wines glasses, a smoking area, and spa-like amenities really make this location a gem in the region. I would recommend Ingrid's place to singles, couples, or a small family with one child, as it is on the smaller side, but it beats any 3-star hotel and easily rivals a 4-star experience. It is truly equivalent to a 5-star experience and superior to most places in Victor Valley.

Just spent a night at Amanda’s. If I’d stayed longer I would have taken advantage of the outdoor bbq area. Her spot was just exactly perfect for my plans; driving 2.5hrs from SD to see a show at Pappy & Harriet’s (super close). If a band you like is ever playing there…go…and spend the night at Amanda’s after.

This is such a great place to stay if you are thinking about visiting Joshua Tree National Park. It is quiet, serene, and dog friendly! Our doggo (@wigglebutt_zi) was over-the-moon to have so much room in Audrey’s backyard to run around and play frisbee. It was a delight to see him so happy, joyous, and free! There was a nice fire pit which can keep you warm at night all while simultaneously not taking away from the multitude of luminous stars brightening the atmosphere and setting the tone for a wholesome and home vibe. There were so many blankets, it was impossible to be cold at night! Perfect if you want to snuggle and cuddle up with your love ones. Lastly, Audrey was quite helpful. She responded quickly, promptly, and swiftly to any concerns or questions we had!!! She showed us an elaborate, thorough tour of the place and made us feel secure and comfortable for the duration of our stay. Book this place if you have the choice!

Lynn and Michelle are wonderful hosts! They are very responsive to any needs. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is the perfect location in Lake Havasu City. Many restaurants, the beach, Rotary Park, The Aquatic Center, downtown, the London Bridge area, shopping… all within walking distance. This was our second stay at this place. As the first time, it didn’t disappoint us. Place was clean, well stocked, and cozy. Us staying there, again, is a proof in itself that the place is great, in a great location. It is only a one bedroom with a fold out sofa, so best for a couple or 3 people. It’s next to Rotary Park and the walkway along the lake shore all the way to the north end of the channel. Highly recommend this place.

Had a great stay! Easy walk to London Bridge, restaurants and water sports. Anne was very responsive. Very clean condo. Bottled water and cookies were a nice welcome gift! Loved the coffee selection and the Brita water filter! Would definitely stay here again!

Seth was the ultimate five star host. He was very responsive with clear instructions. The condo was beautiful and very clean and had all amenities that we needed.
