Bryan was an amazing host , who was very communicative and made sure our stay was amazing ! I’m glad to have chosen this home as it was a beautiful stay and a great fit , if you’re contemplating staying here definitely consider this place! .

Ann’s place was a delightful space to stay while in town visiting family. It was clean and had everything we needed. When my son left a beloved item Ann and Joel went out of their way to return it to us. We really appreciate it!

This place was perfect. Designed very well, super clean, roomy, and comfortable. The container pool was a hit. Definitely would stay here again. And the location was awesome.

We stayed here during the first weekend of Coachella and it was well worth the drive! Wished we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy all that it has to offer, especially in the area. Ghazal’s home is exactly like the photos, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day. It’s perfect and quiet, literally a home away from home. Definitely will be back when we visit again!

Our stay here was just perfect for the two nights we were here! We are family of 5. Once we arrived, I asked about a pack and play, and within a half hour, the host showed up with exactly what I needed! Very responsive and very kind. A wonderful stay.

The house was beautiful, spotless and smelled lovely. There were also loads of little details that made our stay notably convenient: including coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, games, books, etc. Anna and the team were super responsive and helpful. Do note the location when you book, because it was further from downtown Palm Springs than I realized as a newcomer to the area. Certainly didn’t change the fact that this is a great vacation rental with exceptional customer service. I would seek out Annetta Group for other rentals in the future.

The Art House is incredible! Beautiful decorated, clean and homey. The pool is lovely and it’s close to everything you need. We loved it!

Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this home. We utilized the Zen Room as a small bedroom for our 8yo (there was a twin mattress available). So happy to be able to bring our dogs, large fenced yard in back for them to run around and for us to play backyard games. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had. Highly recommend! Hope to stay here again.

Had an amazing time at this home. Very easy to find and great views all around. Hosts were very responsive and helped us when we needed help. Home was beautiful. Lots of room for people to get together or spend some time alone. Overall, a great getaway home.

Kyle was a great host. Super responsive and helpful. We forgot one of our pups harnesses which has sentimental value. Kyle has agreed to meet us and return it. Not many people are that kind. It was so peaceful and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave. We would definitely recommend his home and would stay again. Thank you Kyle!

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

Wow - this house is phenomenal; gorgeous, clean, spacious, perfectly decorated, carefully stocked, with the MOST comfortable beds at any Airbnb, ever! It was our second time staying here and was even better than the first! We will be back!

Our group (4 adults + 1 fifteen yr old ) had a great stay at Sarah's. Sarah was super communicative and helpful, offering to let us check in early (even though our plans didn't allow it). The house is everything in the pictures, and more. The backyard was fantastic, with numerous seating areas that could easily accommodate a much larger party than just the 5 of us. The location is great, very close to the North and West entrances of Joshua Tree National Park, and a little over an hour away from Palm Springs and the Indian Canyons (which we highly recommend). Grocery stores are close by (great for grilling on the front porch and soaking in the expansive views with a drink in hand), and a number of restaurants a short drive away (we particularly enjoyed the atmosphere at the Kitchen in the Desert). We would definitely return for another stay!

Great place to stay. Everything was exactly as described / shown in the photos. David was very responsive to any questions I had. It was very quiet and peaceful. The fence around the property added privacy,which was nice. Loved the spa!

We had a great stay here. The house is very large! We brought our whole family and had a blast. We grilled on the bbq and sat around the fire pit and watched the meteor shower. I wish the neighbors would turn off their super bright outdoor lights at night but that's nothing against this house.

To be honest Marianne made me feel like I was staying with family. She was very informative, helpful,friendly and very much invested in our comfort. Thank you for attention to the details that made our stay so memorable. I definitely recommend that if you are lucky enough to be selected by her that you run and book now!!!

Heather's place is wonderful! Heather was communicative before and during our stay and check in was a breeze. I would recommend her place to anyone looking to visit Joshua Tree.

We were on a project in the area and stayed at Lexis & Zach's. It was exactly as described, comfortable and very clean. The location and house was just perfect!

The cabin was great. We really appreciated the little details put in by the hosts that made our stay much more enjoyable. Communication was great and hosts responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. Two (minor) things that keep me from giving the place a perfect rating are the dog hair. I understood that the place was pet friendly but we did encounter a bit of dog hair on the floors, couches, and some of the throw blankets. Also the tv remote for the living room tv was in rough shape and made using the tv a bit frustrating at times. Again, these two things did not ruin the trip at all but worth noting. Overall it was a great family trip and we would definitely recommend the cabin to any one of our friends.

We had such a great time at the cabin! Lisa thought of everything: a well appointed kitchen, robes, plenty of extra blankets and towels, TVs in every room, lots of games to play, and super cute decor. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace, and the fully fenced yard for our dogs. Great location. We will definitely stay here again!
