L'alloggio è dotato di uno spazio esterno recintato con bellissimo angolo per mangiare all'aperto. Nei mesi estivi è possibile usufruire della piscina situata di fronte all'appartamento (l'uso non è esclusivo ma in condivisione con i proprietari della struttura).

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings are luxurious and include wooden furniture, wrought iron beds and elegant lamps. The kitchens are well equipped so that all your culinary skills can be exercised.

Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

The Villa has a total area of 220 square meters that includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with an antique fireplace. Free WiFi.
