I needed a home base for some work I was doing in the area and this location was perfect! The hosts were very kind and the space was very clean. The directions were also incredibly easy to follow as well :-)

I had a wonderful stay! This airbnb is located in a beautiful but quiet neighborhood with street parking always available to find. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location is close to popular parts of San Diego. Host responded quick to any questions I had. There is some active movement upstairs but noise didn’t necessarily bother my stay :) There was active landscaping in the unit next door if you are sensitive to noise but I had otherwise a good time. Lots of amenities available to use!

The place was great! Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of order that weekend and that was the main reason I had gotten this place haha, but nothing he can do about it. Besides that everything was great!

Sirena was a great host, and so accommodating with our little one. Gorgeous view of the stadium and could watch the game from the balcony. Loved the extra touch of having toys and books available. Really enjoyed our trip!

Linda was very proactive in her communication - we had a late arrival, and Linda left a light on for us and provided precise instructions for entry. Linda reached out to see how our stay was going and even dropped some tangerines off for us to enjoy. We will stay again in the future if available

The place is an easy drive to amenities, including state park trails. We were there when the weather was extremely windy so we were not able to Enjoy the outdoor tables or front porch, but they looked they would have been a wonderful place to drink coffee. It was a good location for visiting the park.

We had an amazing time staying here. Amir provided us with plenty of information that made checking in and out so easy. The place itself was safe, clean, comfortable, and super cute. The best part was the location. Our group went to a concert and wandered around the city and our Uber’s were less than $15 just because the location was so good. 10/10 would love to stay here again!!!!

Great location in Pacific Beach! This was our third annual trip to PB and was our favorite Airbnb yet. Carolyn was very responsive and helpful. The house has everything you’ll need plus a ton of great amenities like a garage, extra parking, a fire pit, three showers, and a nice home sound system. Be sure to read the instructions ahead of time… they’re super helpful and make the overall experience more seamless. For those that may not want to use the bunk bed room, the downstairs flex room has a futon that’s super comfortable. Plus, that room has its own shower and bathroom. Book the trip, you worn regret it!

Tara was a very kind a responsive host. The home had the perfect amount of space for my family . Eating breakfast in the backyard was very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable which was a big plus for tired parents traveling.

We booked this home because it was a guest favorite with consistent 5 star reviews- almost unheard of. But honestly, if we could, we’d give it more than 5 stars! The home was as marketed and impeccably well maintained. As I was unpacking our family of four, I kept saying “wow, this host has thought of EVERYTHING.” Beach towels, sunshades, toys, bikes/scooters (with helmets of all sizes), a beach wagon, sound machines, a fully stocked prep kitchen - we could go on and on- and truly no detail was left out. The host’s thoughtfulness and care in his home truly MADE our family vacation. Not to mention it is in an amazing location - nearby Mission Bay and a quick drive to attractions. The fenced in back yard was a hit with our young kids! We spent so much time relaxing in and enjoying the backyard! Dan was also such an accommodating host. He went above and beyond to help our family during our stay. Trust us- book this space! We are already planning our next trip back!

Literally one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed in. I took my child and the grandparent to San Diego for the weekend, and the setup of the rooms was perfect to accommodate parents and a child in the master bedroom and adult guests in separate rooms. Other appreciate amenities included a toy bin and a fully stocked kitchen. The house is literally a two minute walk from a pizza place and a small market, or a three minute drive from Costco or Food 4 Less. Truly the perfect spot, I'll stay here anytime I visit again.

Sin duda volveríamos hospedarnos en este lugar. Muy limpio, acogedor, buena zona y tranquila. El lugar estaba impecable y la ubicación es excelente, tomando en cuenta que cuando visitas EEUUA por las distancias es necesario la renta de un carro para mayor comodidad.

Our stay was great instructions for arrival and departure were super clear and the place was very accessible and the options for the baby items really made our stay a lot easier the AC unit came in handy for the couple of hot days and the condo was very homey even our toddler felt right at home! Gabe was great with communication and checking in and giving recommendations for local food spots!

We loved our stay here! The place was well stocked, especially with items for the beach for the kids. We appreciated the clean rooms and clean sheets, as well as quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we are in town.

This place is a gem. Not even a block from the beach! You can hear it, see it, feel it. It’s in a quieter, nicer stretch too, which made all the difference. The Airbnb had everything we needed, and the EV charger was a game-changer for our trip. Clean, convenient, and well-equipped. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Stayed 4 nights with my partner and toddler and what a great place and hosts! By far the friendliest and most accommodating. Natasha made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed before check-in. Stellar communication during our stay and very responsive. The extra toilet paper and paper towels left on the doorstep helped to spot the apt too! We really appreciated the flexibility with our reservation. Asked for a late check out as our flight wasn't until 4 and Natasha was glad to help. This saved hours in the airport but most notably my son was able to finish napping which set us up for success on the way home. This stay felt more like house sitting for family/friends than a typical Airbnb. Only issue was trying to come/go with a stroller...didn't see a ramp or entrance without stairs, probably just overlooked it. Neighborhood is very walkable w/ lots to explore. Our last stop was the farmers market which was excellent too! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

Well appointed, with everything you could need in a beautiful, contemporary space! The building is quiet; there are many restaurants, bars and specialty food & grocery stores nearby. Lauren and Sylvain’s apartment is lovely and they are exceptional hosts. They are very responsive and flexible. Our flight was almost 5 hours late, but Sylvain was there, waiting to great us and show us around. After a long day of travel, it was so nice to not have to worry about keys, passcodes or lock boxes! Public transportation just down the block takes you anywhere…Balboa Park, little Italy and all the sites. The ferry to Coronado is a 10 min walk. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Cute condo close to everything--the beach, downtown, 10 mins drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Quiet at night (except my kids--sorry!) and safe to walk around. We took the kids to Legoland two days in a row and it was a 10-15 mins drive. Definitely will be coming back the next time we visit.

Loved our stay! Location is amazing and condo met all of our needs. We will absolutely return for another stay.
