The place was great! Well located. Close to Balboa Park. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that is very walkable. The place was quiet too. Well decorated. Nothing cheap about this place. The beds were very comfortable which is so important. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Next time we come to San Diego, we would definitely try to book this place again.

Very safe and quiet neighborhood easy access to freeway and easy traffic flow. The house is as shown in the photos. Outside back area is wonderful. Easy communications, Bruce always addressed texts in a timely manner. Very easy check out - just drop keys in mailbox.

we stayed with another family and it was a perfect fit for us and we had a lot of fun hanging out by the fire pit. it was an easy walk to the beach and super close to stores and legoland.

Everything we expected and more. Originally I was worried to book because all the positive reviews had been posted years prior. We stayed for a week June of 2023 and it’s wonderful. Clean, good location, everything you need. Will stay again if we’re in the area.

This was a great place to stay. We walked to the beach, restaurants for dinner and cafes for breakfast. It was easy to get to the zoo and safari park. The house was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed for a relaxing and very busy stay. I will be recommending this to any friends visiting the San Diego area.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb with my family, and we had a wonderful experience! The high ceilings created a spacious and airy atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was really responsive, making communication easy and ensuring we had everything we needed. Plus, having convenient stores right next door, including a fantastic Mexican restaurant, was a huge bonus. We loved being able to grab meals easily and explore the local cuisine. Overall, I highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

This was the perfect home base for our family’s San Diego adventures! Kevin’s place was awesome, and the location can’t be beat. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was, but an easy walk or bike ride to all the action. South Mission Beach is such a great location for families, can’t wait to come back! Loved that Kevin had a pack and play crib and a very nice high chair. Thank you Kevin for an amazing stay!

What a great option if staying with a large group. This house was perfect for 8 adults and a baby, everyone had their own space. A conscientious location if going to the Zoo or Gaslamp district, about 20 minutes away. After a long day, it was nice to relax in the hot tub to end the night. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

A beautiful estate in the Temecula hills/De Luz Heights. Felt like a million miles away from the city but was a quick drive. Peaceful and secluded, the home has all the amenities that you would need. The highlight was the creek in the wooded backyard which was a hit with all the kids. Our stay was very comfortable and the home was located within 15 mins of Costco and restaurants and 25 mins to the heart of wine country. As expected the home has some spiders to manage. Massage chair also does not work. And the heat can be strong in the smaller rooms and weaker in the large master. But overall highly recommended and a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Surf Nest - the house was recently remodeled and had a well equipped kitchen, board games, and even beach chairs, large beach towels and an umbrellas to use. The pool was our kids' favorite part, and Melanie had floats for guests to use and plenty of outdoor seating. It's a short walk to the beach and several restaurants, and a short drive to many of our favorite spots in PB and downtown La Jolla. Great spot for a relaxing vacation.

We wanted a quiet place to get a lot of creative work done, and this place was perfect! The kitchen was fully equipped so we could prepare all our meals and not have to interrupt our concentration to go out. We got a lot of creative work done with no distraction. We recommend this place - it is a beautiful, peaceful location, and Bonnie is a gracious host!

Let me begin by saying this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a host. Jennifer was super responsive and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and in such a cute neighborhood! The kitchen came with everything you would need. And the home was so cute! With a huge backyard ! The neighborhood even had a little town square a block in a half down from the house with a coffee shop, restaurants, a little grocery store &meat shop. It was great to wake up in the morning and walk over and get a coffee and croissants and we even we ate dinner at the restaurants in the neighborhood which were delicious. Its location was perfect for our needs. It was right between La Jolla and downtown and near pacific beach across from Mission Bay and sea world. Jennifer even told us about a great park in the neighborhood to take the kids to with a big playground and basketball court and so much grassy space to play! I highly recommend this home and host for anyone visiting San Diego.

Loved living like a local in Oceanside! I really enjoyed my stay at Justin's place. I walked to the beach every day, walked to restaurants and night life, and played a round of pickleball at the community center. The space is small but VERY CLEAN and comfortable. I loved the firm memory foam bed. Check in and communication was great. The garage was a great bonus since I am not a fan of street parking, for the record a 4 door Bronco just fits in the garage! I would definitely stay again!

Loved the layout felt like top stopped when ever it was built from the fireplace to the bathrooms very cool loved being on the beach there really isn’t anything to complain about the cost was very nice and welcoming if there was a problem there was a lot of ppl to come out and help us out with it when asked to they did a great job the house it’s self is very clean they keep up with it very nicely if your looking to be on the beach an your coming with a good amount of ppl definitely worth a look at made a lot of good family members thank you guys for having us in your home if ever back in San Diego hope it’s free that day loved to book again
