This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Quiet and private 2 bedroom 2 bathroom guest house. Master bedroom features a King bed with ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom features a queen bed. A full kitchen is provided, with a gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher along with washer and dryer. The space is well appointed with a 75" 4K TV in the livingroom and both bedrooms are heated and cooled by dedicated mini-split Air Conditioners. You will enjoy the large private gated patios. This is located at the rear of the property.
