Li was very great while hosting me. Her house has very great views and it looks just like the pictures. The area had very nice weather the time i stayed as well it generally wasn't too hot and had a pretty soothing breeze!

Villa in review This is my second week-long stay at the Villa Inn. I stayed 04/26 to 05/3/2025, for work. The room is just inside the front door on the left, attached to the shared bathroom by a door. When showering, I was able to go in/out of BR without going into common hallway. Everyone staying at the home was respectful; not monopolizing the shared BR or kitchen. The room is spacious enough for a work desk, (good internet) large chair, & double bed. The bed is comfortable. I had to ask for extra blankets because the Bay Area is generally cold, & the home is kept at a temperature on the cold side. I also had a hot water bottle to keep me warm. The parking is very easy, right in front of the house, in a safe neighborhood. Walking distance from the home, there are lovely restaurants right on the water! I had to extend my visit twice, & Steven was very accommodating & responded immediately to my reservation change requests, through Airbnb. The location is excellent for all the Bay Area

As a family of 4 with 2 adolescent kids, we couldn't have been more pleased with our 3 days stay. Jim, the house manager who lives downstairs, played a big part in that. He was very helpful and friendly to everyone. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to stay in the Sunset district. Public transportation very near, good food and coffee, easy access to the beach... We felt like most of the issues mentioned in previous comments had been addressed, except perhaps the door codes. The shower is new and pleasant. The apartment is very convenient, the beds are confortable and the house has a lot of character. For the price, this is a gem and an experience you won't forget thanks to Jim!

I booked super last minute, and Henry was great. Very chill. His place matched the photos exactly. Neat, clean, and the w/d was a nice bonus! Close to the lake and vegan options (Vegan Mob was amazing). Although I couldn't take advantage of it, I appreciate the 3:00 check-in and 12:00 check-out. Neighborhood is pretty quiet with an occasional dog barking. Street parking was available. I will definitely stay again. 💜

Leda was an incredibly kind and welcoming host. We instantly felt at home and the house was very cozy. She went above and beyond during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We will be sure to visit again and recommend to friends and family!

We had a great stay. The place was pleasant, clean, comfortable. The setting and view are amazing!

I will stay here again just to take in the view. One of a kind. Unit was as described, check in is easy and electronic. The bed was quite comfortable, and though it’s a bit cold at this time of year there was a nice extra blanket to snuggle in. Cell reception is rough, but super fast Star Link internet is provided throughout the property.

Karen is a wonderful host! She took great care of us and her home feels cozy and comfortable. I would absolutely stay again at this beautiful Oasis in the woods!

A lovely quaint home. I adore the backyard, especially in the mornings. Shower supplies and towels were provided, which was greatly appreciated. The house is private but the driving areas is difficult to turn around in, especially with the SUV we had rented. There’s a unit attached to the house that had a car parked there, I’m not sure if it was actively in use or not. Overall a good stay, mostly just a house to sleep and shower in.

Roble Rd was the perfect place for us to land for a very long stay for a botched all house remodel. The private, gated location was perfect as we had to park bicycles and two cars and my dog had more room to run than ever. The nearby Berkeley shopping and restaurants were wonderful - it's a great location and a very nice house....

Lovely peaceful 1 br cozy unit w large veranda settled in the hillside. Eucalyptus scented breezes and backdrop of nearby park preserve a great refuge from hectic world below. Very accessible and convenient to get back and forth while on call at nearby hospital. Police substation at base of hill and peripheral location near Chabot Lake Park adds to feeling of secure location. Reconfirm entrance instructions, Meg is a very helpful and caring hostess.

Great communication and accommodating. Nice right on the water.

Great apartment, spacious and comfortable with lots of light. Quiet location close to the lake. Great attention to detail: Jane's place had extension cords on each side of the bed and even the dental kits in the bathroom.

The host went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. It’s in a very convenient location. Location is safe & walkable. I will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Emily’s house is beautiful and was a great place for our family of 3 to stay for a few nights. Our toddler loved the toys, books, trampoline, and the kid-sized picnic table in the backyard, where we ate many of our meals. The adults enjoyed the short walk to the many excellent restaurants on Park Blvd, the simple and elegant furnishings and decor, and the Samsung Frame TV. Emily was an excellent and responsive host. We will definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

I had a great stay! The space was very clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Mia was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We always enjoy staying with Sharon and Leonard's air bnb. It is very convenient to our son's home.

Jiuling is an amazing host and her place was wonderful. Her place was very neat and clean and truly enjoyed staying at her place. She also recommended places to visit nearby and visiting salt pond A8 was the best moment i stayed during this trip. We really enjoyed our stay at Fouad’s lovely house. It is charming, tastefully furnished and full of every amenity you can think of. As well as lemon trees and flowers in the garden, a cute neighborhood and beautiful views across the bay to San Francisco. Six stars.

The house was exactly what we needed for three people. Location is very convenient for us and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. The owners are very nice and so are the neighbors!
