Our family has stayed here several times now! Christopher is a phenomenal host and this home is consistently our favorite place to stay. Great proximity to everything Cali has to offer and very prompt responses from host. Can’t wait for our next stay!

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

My girls and I really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful atmosphere, exactly what we needed & what we were looking for. Only complaints is we couldn’t experience the waterfall (would have made my daughter’s bday even better) & also the pool heater. This prevented us from using the pool at night (water was cold) we would have LOVED using the pool from morning till night to take full advantage of the beautiful pool but like they mentioned, it’s expensive to maintain, so I def understand.

Impeccably clean and well appointed home. Mature landscaping around the pool and hot tub is lovely. We had a great time. Location was perfect for walking into town and plenty of thrifting opportunities! Great bakery and restaurants within walking distance.

Can talk all day. Tarik was very responsive, replying to text and questions almost immediately. I definitely will be booking with him on my next LA trip. House is nicely centered in the Los Angeles area. Neighborhood was quiet. Great experience

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Linda’s property! The home was very clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to attractions in OC. The well landscaped backyard was definitely a highlight of my trip. I felt right at home and recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a marvelous neighborhood. The only recommendation I would mention involves check-in; it could be more flexible. Linda made it clear an early check-in would trigger an additional $85.00. It just seemed a bit unnecessary to emphasize that point and seems counter to he original spirtof Air BnB. Other than that, five stars all the way. Mike

We just needed somewhere to sleep and get ready, this place was perfect and there was more than enough beds for all my kids. Everything was clean and had enough towels for everyone. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed every bit of our stay at this location. It was very near to our event place and convenient. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious while the kitchen is pretty small for such a big house!.

Had a lovely time during my 5-day stay! Airbnb is located on a peaceful and quiet block within walking distance to Sunset Blvd with lots to do. There is an outdoor seating area that’s perfect for journaling, reading, drinking coffee. Jeremy was very communicative, responsive, and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Loved staying here in Downey , mark was very respectful and very easy to get in contact with. Definitely would stay again !

The rooms and beds were extremely spacious. Bed was comfy. Supplied necessities such as laundry soap and shower amenities. Easy check in and easy check out.

Natalys place was an exactly what we saw in the photos. Close to the freeway in a quiet neighborhood parking garage was a big plus.

We stayed 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was located in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view and close to so many restaurants and things to do, like Disney. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re out this way if available. The host was super responsive and checked on us during our stay as well. Overall it was a great experience.

Amanda and Andy’s house was a nice spot. It was located in a nice neighborhood and was a good, walkable distance from shopping, food, and entertainment. I also appreciated that check out time was at 12pm which is later than other airbnbs allow. The house is a little old, but seems updated and we only had issues with the bathroom door and shower water pressure.

Very great location and for a big family this was perfect for us. The only thing that was a down side was that when we checked in the kitchen still had food in the fridge that was open but that didn’t personally bother us. The fridge was a bit dirty but I do believe that falls on the cleaning company not on the host. The house itself was nice and big and the host was very polite. This was the perfect house for our family. While we were there, I had ordered something from Amazon, didn’t think much of it. Then after we got home, we ordered something again and it went to that address we were staying at. We called the owner and they went over there right away to pick up the package. It was an iPad, so it was a little nerve-racking but they got it and returned it for us right away, so that was a huge relief! They were amazing hosts and will definitely be returning! It was so fun to look at the birds, owls, woodpecker, squirrels, and hummingbird!! All in the back yard! The piano was extra special because I haven’t played since I was little and learning new songs. It was really fun! It was extra fun to have two big tubs that the whole and family got to enjoy! Great hosts!!!

This was one of my top AirBnB experiences! I took my family and my in laws to this spot to be close to the Greek Theatre for a concert, but it was such a treat in and of itself! We were super close to great food and a nice part of town, and were less than twenty miles to everything we wanted to see. Took a hike to the Hollywood sign, checked out the Getty Center, and enjoyed the LA scene. We’re from SD, so it was so nice to find a private, lovely part of our sister city. Norvell was an incredible host, very responsive and friendly whenever we had questions. He even left us a gift at check-in! All of the amenities and rooms were as described on the listing, and it was money well spent. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice weekend in LA!
