We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

We have been staying at Marriott Newport Coast Villas for years. It is a beautiful family oriented resort close to Orange County’s est beaches, restaurants and malls. Can’t go wrong !

Perfect location right on the beach! Walking distance to downtown, farmers market, and the harbor. Super pretty surroundings and peaceful place to stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent, comfortable space that strongly matches the photos and description. It’s one block around the corner from the water, so the location delivers. There’s a railroad track about two blocks in the opposite direction, but the trains aren’t distracting; I found it charming. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would stay here again.

Frank's condo was amazing - the close proximately to the beach was an added bonus. Frank met us at check in and was very friendly and polite, he showed us around and made us feel welcomed. Everything we needed was available. The condo was clean, cool and very cozy. A lovely time was had and I will definitely be staying at Frank's condo again.

We loved our stay at Shay's place in Long Beach. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had all essentials provided for and is in a great location. The king size bed is very comfortable and we loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the master bathroom. We were there for a month and except for taking longer trips to do some sightseeing, we were able to just park our car and walk everywhere. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, as well as Seal Beach. There is a pool and hot tub available which we did not use, but loved being able to see from the bedroom window (along with the marina, bridge and a pretty pond with fountain by the pool area). Shay was easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions promptly. I would love to stay there again!

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.

the home was beautiful. everything was very inviting. we had a problem with the keypad but eventually was able to open it. we will definitely come back. the host answered all of my questions right away

The location, amenities and condition of the condo was awesome. You fell asleep hearing the waterfall outside. The little patio was a nice spot to have your morning coffee or relax and read. The grocery store was less than 5 min away and access to the 5, outlets 10 min as well as the beach. The internet was a bit sketchy so if you needed it for work not sure if it would work. To access the condo you need to walk along a sidewalk around the buildings and up a set of stairs about 10 steps..important if you have mobility issues or are not strong enough to get your bags up. This might actually be mentioned in the description but can’t remember if it was. This was not an issue for us. The condo is perfect for 1 or a couple. Although the bathroom isn’t as updated as the rest of the condo it is clean and perfectly functional with the added bonus of the washer and dryer, both brand new. This rental was a pleasant surprise and I’d definitely rent it again! Marina and Holly were great hosts.

The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!

Warren is a great host, he was responsive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. The house is beautiful and clean, he has his own streaming services on the TV, kitchen full of utensils, walking distance to the beach, and there’s bikes and beach equipment you can use. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else. Thank you Warren.

My family loves the condo. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed, and right on the strand either great ocean views. We would definitely return!

I LITERALLY LOVE Justin and Kristi!! From the second I arrived, everything was beyond perfect. The view was absolutely breathtaking I still can’t get over it! I’m SO SO SO thankful for everything they did, especially for making my birthday so incredibly special. Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath to relax in while my husband and I were traveling. Very pleasant experience. Jessica was a great host. Very warm and responsive communication.

If you are looking for a beautiful Oceanside stay, Andy’s place is perfect! The pictures in the description do not capture the pure beauty of the grounds and beach. It is peaceful and beautiful. You are literally steps to the beach. The hot tub was amazing and very private for being shared. We also enjoyed the heated pool. It is close to several dining spots. Andy made sure you had everything you needed. I was very happy with our stay! When our family visits Oceanside again I will always book here! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

This is my second time staying here and it was amazing once again! Tayler was a great host very responsive and friendly. I stayed here longer than my first time and the amenities and overall environment of the complex was superb. The surrounding area around the house was serene and peaceful. Everything inside the home was clean and all the instructions for the home were laid out very clearly. I will surely be staying here once again if given the opportunity, my favorite Airbnb that I have stayed at!!!

Amazing experience for a family of 5 and Paulette was super responsive. The place was well equipped - even beach chairs and towels!!

Tiffany responded so fast to ask my messages. I am so grateful we found this place! We were able to walk to the Harbor park everyday and enjoy the sunset out our window. The pool was very clean and the hot tubs are actually hot! The most impressive part was how beautifully kept the grounds were and the area was maintained professionally. Everybody who worked there was very respectful and kind. I really like visiting here.

The two bedroom and 2 bathrooms was ideal for our needs. The complex area was large but it was peaceful and quiet. Having the laundry was a great help due to the length of time we were away from home. We walked to the beach which was beautiful. Kamila was very responsive to any questions I had. Check in was smooth and we liked the fact that we were in a gated community. My husband and I highly recommend Kamila’s Airbnb.
