Fantastic, comfortable house to rest up in after busy days in Capitol Reef National Park. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful location, but also just a few minutes into town if you need to grab a meal or something from the market.

Jim's place was perfect. It was clean and felt like coming home. He was a responsive, kind and very thoughtful host who communicated effectively. The house's layout was open, spacious and had all that we would need to be beyond comfortable. The yard was spectacular and created a serene and expansive experience, making you feel alone and able to take in nature. Having the jacuzzi to unwind in or wake up with a coffee at sunrise was magical. We visit Moab every month or so and will make this the priority space we stay in if Jim's availability allows. The only issue we had was not wanting to leave!!

Great location! 10-15 minutes to Capitol Reef. Beautiful settings. House is gorgeous and love the heated floors. Great for the five of us (grandparents and 3 of us). Thank you for being so responsive and helpful!! Highly recommend.

We had a great visit. Great location. Great listing hosts. We went to Arches and Canyonlands from here and it made the perfect homebase. Highly recommend. No issues whatsoever.

The Hidden Gem was perfect for our quick stay in Monticello! It was immaculate, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in and check-out were super easy and seamless. After traveling all day, it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay and the reassurance that Becky would be quick to respond if we had any issues (which we didn’t). Great place!!

Would have been perfect if more windows in the house. Outside of that rest all is good. Its very clean and Tyler is very responsive. and the location is great.

The apartment was everything we could want. The night skies gave my husband a chance to take beautiful photographs of the stars. Comfortable bed and a good kitchen to cook in. Loved the view out the windows. Our host was flexible and let us check in early. She was quick to respond to our questions.

After completing an 8 day road trip, this was our last night stay before heading to monument valley and then back home. Out of all the AirBnB’s on this trip and any of my others this was the best place I have stayed. The apartment was beautiful and super clean and tidy. It was extremely spacious. We stayed as only two but it could easily house a group of 4 with no problems. Mike and Sherry provided incredibly detailed instructions and the inside is filled with more helpful notes around the place. They were super responsive and helpful during our stay. As a bonus, Mike has a gallery of some amazing ceramic artwork at the entryway to the apartment. The only warning I would provide is the steps to the place (22) are a bit steep for anyone who might struggle with that or have a ton of heavy stuff to carry. Otherwise this was the absolute perfect space!

Big spacious place. Shampoo and soap provided. Spices galore. 2 pans & 1 pot provided. Good water pressure. Remember to strip beds & remove trash cans at check out. I forgot to look at the Airbnb policy for this sellers.

Basecamp is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at on or off Airbnb. Tom, along with Theresa and Thomas, are gracious hosts. They make sure each guest feels welcomed throughout the stay and are happy to offer suggestions of hikes, drives or just general exploration. I got the feeling that the road's condition varies throughout the year. As of a few weeks ago it was slow going if you are not an experienced off-road driver. (I am not.) It took me 90 minutes heading in (once during the day and once after dark) and 60 minutes leaving (both daylight). But my stock RAV4 with all season tires made it with no real issues. I kept it in 2nd gear and the AWD never kicked on. That said, I would happily return to stay at Tom's place again. It is 100% worth a frayed nerve or two for me. Next time I'll just drive in once and stay there the whole time. I could wander around the property and the adjoining BLM land for days and never get bored of looking at the views.

Perfect stay at the “Cottages” in Bluff. Kelly and Andi were wonderful hosts that provided for every accommodation we could think of. We highly recommend them to all guests looking for a quality rest while traveling southern Utah.

Quiet, homey, easy to find. Jed was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Really wonderful condo for 4 of us for a couple nights. It is out of town, so plan on the extra 15min from Moab and bring supplies from elsewhere as there’s nothing within those 15min. But the balcony view from the hot tub was grand and it has everything you need. The second bedroom doesn’t have a window, so it’s like sleeping in a cave. Fine for us, but good to note for those who need morning light to get up. Master bedroom is beautiful!

The place was modern and we loved the hot tub and beautiful views from the patio. Hosts were super responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

The condo was very clean, new & modern, and beautiful! The views from the porch were gorgeous, it felt like you were right next to the mountains. The home itself looked very sleek and had everything we needed. The host gave great instructions ahead of time to make sure we could find the property and helpful when needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be close to town and a stay in a really pretty home with views!

One of the best places I've stayed in! Pristine and conveniently located for anyone visiting Moab. We enjoyed our stay so much and wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely look to stay here again!!
