Very comfortable and great location! Barbara was super helpful and thought of everything you need for your stay.

Host was great to work with and responded quickly. For 6 of us and 3 pets this was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Saved a ton of money being able to cook at the air bnb and not fight the restaurant crowds. Ended up being a great stay.

I haven't left a review on an Airbnb in quite a while as we haven't been impressed with many as of late. This place is an exception. It is indeed special. The heated pool and the hot tub are great. The house has plenty of room. It is real industrial looking inside but it works and the beds are very comfortable. The host responded to all our questions as some of the gadgetry in the house does need some explanation. If you need a place to come home to everyday from doing stuff in Moab, this is the place. You might be wondering about this place the first time but you will love it once you get inside.

We had a great time in Moab and staying in majestic Moab. The home is as described. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked, the neighborhood was peace and quiet especially at night. We brought our fur babies and they loved the place too, they were happy, relaxed and felt at home during the stay😀. Beautiful home that feels like a remote escape with dark skies and amazing mountain views, but still close enough to town that it's easy to drop into Moab for groceries and supplies. The beds were cozy, the kitchen is well-stocked and fabulous for cooking, and the whole pool setup is great. Our whole family, from age 5 to 70, loved the water slide! It was the perfect place to stay to visit Arches and Canyonlands.

This place worked great for our family vacation! Nice big parking area for trailers, great area for a camper. The house is perfect for the family to spend time together but have their own space as well. This is a great house for a great vacation.

This. Place. Was. Awesome! It's like a high-end resort with a private pool, hot tub & privacy fence. We had full use of the 2-car garage & EV charger. Plenty of space for 4 cars. Every room had a bathroom, king bed and smart TV. The beds must be brand new and the whole place just feels like luxury. They have these privacy blinds that go down from the top = views of red rocks, Moab Rim and La Sal Mountain. 🙌 The kitchen was fabulous. It's got a huge island & TWO kitchen faucets! Tons of amenities too. The main room has this giant leather sofa we could all fit on. We could play games and do puzzles together. So nice! The place had all the essentials, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dryers, etc. And even pods to do laundry. It's always a gamble with a new listing, but this one paid off. You've gotta check this place out. After a long day of Moab adventures, it was nice to come back to luxury and relax. I definitely plan to use this place again soon. A+!
