Quiet, homey, easy to find. Jed was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was everything we could want. The night skies gave my husband a chance to take beautiful photographs of the stars. Comfortable bed and a good kitchen to cook in. Loved the view out the windows. Our host was flexible and let us check in early. She was quick to respond to our questions.

After completing an 8 day road trip, this was our last night stay before heading to monument valley and then back home. Out of all the AirBnB’s on this trip and any of my others this was the best place I have stayed. The apartment was beautiful and super clean and tidy. It was extremely spacious. We stayed as only two but it could easily house a group of 4 with no problems. Mike and Sherry provided incredibly detailed instructions and the inside is filled with more helpful notes around the place. They were super responsive and helpful during our stay. As a bonus, Mike has a gallery of some amazing ceramic artwork at the entryway to the apartment. The only warning I would provide is the steps to the place (22) are a bit steep for anyone who might struggle with that or have a ton of heavy stuff to carry. Otherwise this was the absolute perfect space!

Excellent place—private, beautiful surroundings, extremely comfortable, everything as described. The location, however, is very remote—about 20 minutes from Moab, and across some isolated roads with a true dirt road driveway. If you are looking for a relaxing private getaway, this is a pro! If you need close access to Moab/national parks, this may be a con. Overall, wonderful experience!

Basecamp is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at on or off Airbnb. Tom, along with Theresa and Thomas, are gracious hosts. They make sure each guest feels welcomed throughout the stay and are happy to offer suggestions of hikes, drives or just general exploration. I got the feeling that the road's condition varies throughout the year. As of a few weeks ago it was slow going if you are not an experienced off-road driver. (I am not.) It took me 90 minutes heading in (once during the day and once after dark) and 60 minutes leaving (both daylight). But my stock RAV4 with all season tires made it with no real issues. I kept it in 2nd gear and the AWD never kicked on. That said, I would happily return to stay at Tom's place again. It is 100% worth a frayed nerve or two for me. Next time I'll just drive in once and stay there the whole time. I could wander around the property and the adjoining BLM land for days and never get bored of looking at the views.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It had all the listed large and small appliances (and some unlisted), had plenty of room, and a plethora of amenities and conveniences (even a basket of goodies) that provided for a comfortable and enjoyable 10-day stay. Marta, the host, has thought of everything. Great home-base location for exploring, hiking, and photographing the numerous canyons, recreation areas, national parks and national monuments. It is all within, at the most, a two-hour drive. Marta provided excellent advice and recommendations on additional areas to explore that I was not aware of. A great place to stay with a wonderful host, well worth the price. I plan to stay here again.

Perfect stay at the “Cottages” in Bluff. Kelly and Andi were wonderful hosts that provided for every accommodation we could think of. We highly recommend them to all guests looking for a quality rest while traveling southern Utah.

Our four-night stay at Dan and Gaylene’s place was excellent. The home was bright, spotlessly clean and well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items. Bonus points for the drip coffee maker. The location is perfect for Canyonlands, Natural Bridges and all this corner of Utah has to offer. After long days of hiking we were happy to relax on the comfy sofas and beds.

Great place to stay for our trip to Goblin Valley and Cathedral Valley. We brought a side by side with us and there was plenty of space for it. Large yard which is fenced in.

Fantastic, comfortable house to rest up in after busy days in Capitol Reef National Park. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful location, but also just a few minutes into town if you need to grab a meal or something from the market.

My mom and I stayed at Jeremy & Staci's place about 2.5 years ago, and we remembered how well we slept and how convenient the location was, so we decided to stay again for our trip to the area this year. It was just like we remembered it! The location is a great jumping off point to see the nearest parks (Arches, Canyonlands, Natural Bridges, Mesa Verde), and once again we slept very well and were very comfortable. There is a gas station nearby which it appears is used as a overnight truck stop and there were occasionally trucks idling for a long time there, including overnight. It did not bother us in the end and we slept well despite the idling, but we could hear the trucks, especially with the windows open. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay yet again and would recommend this property to other guests.

Loved the house, and the desert was so peaceful

This place was perfect for a family get together! There are two open areas for people to hang out, but plenty of beds and bathrooms. The place was clean and easy to get into.

Krystle's place was amazing, and Krystle was a great host! The pics of the views don't do them justice - hangin out on the back porch or the front was just amazing. The location is awesome - makes Needles entrance to Canyonlands a little closer, but is still close to Moab. The place itself was super confortable and well-stocked. Can't recommend enough!!!

The house was definitely clean and well equipped! It is spacious and clean with everything one could need. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit! We had an excellent stay!

House was on second floor so carried up all our luggage. House had plenty of linens and towels for our stay. Kitchen was well equipped. House does need a deep clean after being closed up . Otherwise, it suited us perfectly, plenty of room and safe neighborhood.

Bailey was a great host and I would be happy to stay again in the future
