We really enjoyed staying with Carlos. The room, a studio with an included kitchen, was beautiful, located on the upper floor of the house. It offers a stunning view of Lake Atitlán and the volcanoes. Everything was lovely, and the garden was colorful and diverse. We especially enjoyed sitting on the veranda every morning with our coffee, looking out at the garden. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we felt completely at home. Everything was very clean, and Carlos was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would gladly recommend the apartment and would be happy to return at some point in the future.

We loved our stay here! The location is great very close to the ferry. Loved the open air area! It’s close to bars/restaurants but we didn’t find it too loud. Would recommend staying here.

This was perfect for my 3-week stay while studying at the Cooperativa Spanish school. Juana and Jade were both super responsive and friendly the few times I reached out. The location was easy walking to the school, the lake and the tourist area, but far enough from the main backpackers area that it was quieter than there. There is a nightclub across the street, and an excellent cafe, but both can get noisy. But honestly, no where in San Pedro is going to be considered ‘quiet,’ so in the scheme of things, this apartment was a haven! And, back in the bedrooms the noise was vastly diminished. Kitchen is clean and functional with the basics. The one thing that threw me off was the steep staircase to the apartment. The stairs at the top are pretty narrow which could prove challenging for those with mobility issues. There is a railing which made it manageable. Overall, I hope to go back for more Spanish lessons, and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

El lugar se encuentra súper cerca del muelle. Muy limpio y es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Pese a estar cerca de bares, dentro del alojamiento no se escucha bulla y se puede dormir perfectamente. Kenny muy atento para recibirnos para hacer el check in.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Un lugar perfecto para descansar y compartir con familia y amigos. Las fotografías coinciden perfecto con el lugar, todo muy limpio y comunicación muy buena con los anfotriones. Lo mejor es una de las mejores vistas al lago, me volvería alojar en este lugar sin pensarlo!

Beautiful views! You will have one of the best sunrise spots around town! You can have a quick swim just couple of meters! beautiful natural surrounding! Be aware of insects it can be scary to find scorpions, but you are in the wild and it’s just difficult to keep them away, we had some scorpions situation but everything was sorted out. They are trying their best to help. David was super attentive and Andres help us! We had great time there!

Nice place very comfortable and clean. located away from all the busy traffic, this place was relatively quiet and quite private. Well equiped, we loved the layout and modern kitchen. We highly recommend this beautiful place.

One of my favorite places to stay in San Pedro. Once if the most beautiful homes with so many places to hang out and enjoy. Best location in San Pedro, amazing and responsive owners, and a fully equipped and comfortable place to call home while away. Thank you for my 3rd visit and I promise I'll be back again.

Nuestra experiencia en casa de Nathalia fue sencillamente increíble. Estar en la casa nos permitió conectar con la energía del lugar y disfrutar de unas vistas, amaneceres y atardeceres que pagaron toda nuestra estadía. La atención de Nathalia fue clave para poder vivir una experiencia inolvidable y el apoyo de su equipo, quienes son lugareños de Jaibalito, nos hicieron la estancia aún mejor. Siempre recordaremos a Nicko, Venturo, Marina, Zulema y a cada uno de los pobladores que nos hicieron sentir como en casa.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Cirilo war super! Wir kamen relativ weit entfernt von der Unterkunft an, was kein Problem war, weil Cirilo uns gratis mit seinem TukTuk abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht hat. Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und für uns genau richtig, um etwas zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Cirilos Unterstützung in allen Bereichen. Wir brauchten z.B. ein Shuttle nach San Cristobal in Mexico. Cirilo hat das Shuttle organisiert, wir konnten unkompliziert bei ihm mit Karte bezahlen und es hat alles geklappt. Um sicherzustellen, dass alles funktioniert hat er uns den ganzen Tag über immer wieder gefragt, ob alles nach Plan läuft. Wir hatten bisher noch keinen so aufmerksamen und engagierten Host! Vielen Dank für alles!

Muy bien el lugar y Cirilo es agradable

El lugar es muy lindo, acogedor, es tal cual está en las fotografías. Lo que sinceramente hace falta es tiempo para disfrutar de tantas área preciosas que tiene el edificio para poder descansar. El penthouse tiene una hermosa vista y un área súper amplia en la que podría pasar mucho tiempo relajándome. El lugar sinceramente me encantó. Espero volver pronto.

Excelente lugar para pasar unas bonitas vacaciones. El lugar está en muy buena ubicación donde todo esta cerca y lleno de privacidad. Super recomendado. Pronto regresaré a ese bonito lugar.

This is a great studio with kitchen. Propane stove, mid-size fridge, microwave… well done quipped. Curio went out of his way to help us many times. There are other rentals and it was nice to meet guests from all over the world. We recommend this side of Panama: away from tourists, great beach, and walkable.
