Great stay four houses from the beach and walkable to Ocean Park restaurants. Even walked to the art museums easily, and close to Old San Juan and the airport. 45 minutes drive from El Yunque. Lost power and water pressure for a day but that was of no fault of the location. Had two kids that shared a room with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Perfect size for 2, though we didn't try out the sofa bed. There were pots and pans, a coffee maker, hair dryer, and beach towels made available. The 1 minute walk to a 24/7 Walgreens made getting essentials easy (including groceries had we needed them). You are a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can rent an umbrella and 2 chairs easily for $20. Good food nearby as well. I would suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as it can be a busy intersection but we felt it was well worth it. Jose is very responsive and will help you with last minute issues. Recomiendo mucho el alojamiento , está mucho mejor de lo que parece en las fotos , esos techos altos refrescan , el aire acondicionado que tenía la vivienda funcionaba genial . Está ubicado muy céntrico su ubicación está al lado de la calle donde se concentra la zona de fiesta , apenas de escucha ruido por la noche .

Xavier was a great host! While visiting the country , there was a power outage for a day and a half. He was sure to keep updated on the situation and also bought a battery for us to charge our devices and to connect to wifi. He was pleasant and answered any question that we asked him. The apartment was clean and looked exactly liked the photos. The location was perfect, close to pretty much everything. Would definitely recommend Xavier as a host.

I was extremely pleased and happy with my stay at Jose’s Airbnb. It was a very quaint, quiet and peaceful place. It was perfect for my husband and I. Jose was very hospitable, easy to communicate with and friendly. It felt like a home away from home and I already miss it! My husband I are looking forward to going back! Gracias Jose por todo!

Hernán’s place was in a fantastic location, and the room was a bit bigger than the photos looked! He was excellent and very responsive. The street he is on is close to a lot of nightlife. The AC worked great, and it was amazing to have hot water in the shower! We will absolutely stay here again :)

My friends and I went out our annual girls trip to puerto rico and decided to stay here! it’s directly on the beach, has restaurants within walking distance, and was overall in a great location. Alfredo was very responsive with any questions we had which was very appreciated. We would stay here again!

My first time in PR and Alex and fellow host made it an amazing experience!!!! Most definitely coming back and I also highly recommend it to whoever is coming to the island PR. True to the photos you see and quick at responding to messages. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Man what can I say Manuel’s place was a delight and pretty central we rented a car and it wasn’t bad at all. The only thing is the shower water was warm. Other than that thank you for the time and will be booking again if we come back to PR

Bernardo was a great host! The apartment couldn’t have been more perfectly located in old San Juan—extremely convenient. He also was very communicative and helpful for us as we navigated some travel setbacks like a delayed flight and cancelled tour, giving us a late check out and recs for the city. Would definitely stay with Bernardo again!

My girlfriend and I were visiting here from Chicago. And we really enjoyed ourselves Everything was clean and cozy just as advertised. Perfect place for a solo trip or a 2 person get away! Beautiful beach only 5 minute walk away from the house. On our last day, we experienced the (island wide) power outage which affected thousands of peoples homes. But Karim (our host) was so helpful in keeping us updated and giving us peace of mind as they worked to restore power. Our host was also very responsive and provided plenty of information and photos for us to navigate the gates and entries. With clear instructions and rules I would 100% recommend this space and looking forward to being a repeat costumer!

Me and my family stayed at Anna and Kaky’s Airbnb for a week. It was amazing. It was in a really good location. Super close to everything beaches, restaurants, the mall, the airport, etc. The Airbnb was very clean and felt super homey. Anna was very sweet. She actually met us in person at the Airbnb. She is a very nice lady and gave us the whole run down. We would definitely book this Airbnb again 10 out of 10!

As soon as you open the door, you will be taken back by the breathtaking view in front of you, the studio is perfect. In every way, it has everything you need. The host is very nice and responsible, and even suggested several local places, you can walk around to bars and restaurants. You’re literally on the beach with your own private little section. But 10/10 we will be back.

We loved our stay at Rosemary’s Airbnb. Highly recommend. Great location and amazing views from balcony. Washer and dryer inside the unit makes you feel at home.

Ruben’s place was very nice and as pictured. The view was amazing. Any issues was quickly resolved by Ruben super fast to respond. The hot water does take a while to heat up but it stay’s hot for a while. Security is really nice here and it’s a very safe place. Places to eat and drink with in walking distance. Uber rides to get around are super cheep. Pool was nice and chairs were available. Turtles snails and iguanas can be seen by the pool area. The kitchen I can’t speak for I didn’t use it at all. The fridge has a britta water container in it and also ice in the freezer. Washer and dryer was a bonus. Light sleeper bring ear plugs. You can hear all the outside noise but I loved it. Bed was comfortable.

El espacio es muy bonito, cómodo, limpio Tener jacuzzi en la terraza brinda un tiempo muy ameno el lugar. La ubicación súper céntrica para moverse Aunque el barrio no es muy bonito pero está bien, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente en n ninguna hora.

Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful view from the villa and it’s a corner suite which was nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Scootering to OSJ was so easy and convenient. The little local restaurant nearest the villas is so yummy-“tropical souvenirs”. Easy to communicate with hosts. 15min from airport. Everything was great! Would totally stay again.

What is not great about being on the ocean! The view, the beach, the city all from your roof top vantage point. This is just what it says. Description is spot on. I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful location. Would highly recommend and wish to return! Thank you for sharing this peice of paradise with us!

Paola was very responsive to questions at any time i asked. The location was so beautiful and cozy and the natives are extremely nice and helpful. A very quiet and comfortable place in a gorgeous city. Would definitely visit again!

Our stay was great, the neighborhood and place itself was beautiful. The hot tub was a good addition. I have no complaints I would stay again!
