I had a great experience staying at Gina's place for an extended stay while on a clinical rotation. She was very flexible about the move-in and offered lots of help and suggestions while moving to the area. It was very peaceful with a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards. I really enjoyed hanging out and soaking up the sun with all the furry friends on the balcony whenever I had a break. There are lots of great food suggestions in the surrounding areas and each coastal town was an easy drive to see the ocean. Thanks Gina, and I cannot recommend this place strongly enough.

Beautiful views and lots of space to explore! Did have a little trouble with figuring out the hot water for the shower, but overall lovely little place!

Rustic ranch w/ many animals for the kids to visit. 4 & 6 yr old kids roamed the Ranch w/ minimal supervision and came back nice and dirty w/ a lot of cat hair from interacting w/ the barn cats. Highlight of the trip was when Corbin a 10 yr old gave our kids a lesson on how to catch and hold baby goats. I highly recommend the Corbin Ranch tour w/ your kids. He will teach and play w/ your kids 😉. The kids are already talking about a 2nd family Ranch trip this year to play w/ Corbin and visit the 🐎🐖🐑🐏🐐🫏🦆🦚🐕🐈🐈‍⬛

A perfect home for extended trips. Everything we needed was provided, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Downtown is only a block away and allowed us to enjoy so many exciting nights. Morro Bay, Paso Robles and Arroyo Grande are a short, very scenic drive. We would absolutely return for a second honeymoon! PS. Yummy desserts in the freezer.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Vista! My family used to camp in our RV and stay here so we were already familiar with the area. I traveled with my 20 month old son and grandparents so the short walk to the beach and food spots was essential. We will definitely be staying again.

We we're deciding between two different places for our anniversary trip and we're so glad to have chosen this place. 15 minutes from downtown SLO and surrounded by wineries and farm land, the fish house is the perfect place to stay if you're looking to experience San Luis Obispo the right way. The check in process was effortless, we arrived at around midnight. The fish house was peaceful. Waking up with the view of the private pond and rolling hills was amazing. The doors have magnetic screens so you an enjoy the crisp air without letting bugs in! We loved opening the doors in the morning. They even had kayaks we could use to paddle around and a grass volleyball court which we really enjoyed. The only thing we regret is not bringing our fishing poles. Overall we had the best time and can't wait to come back. Definitely recommend!

Excellent place to stay. The drive up the hill was amazing. A very peaceful and private space. Tom was hospitable, greeting us when we arrived and shared very helpful information of places to eat and things to do in the area.

Lovely little place on the Salinas river. loved all the sweet birds. tweeting outside. Not disruptive inside. felt like we we're alone though the owners house was right next door. situated so you are in privacy even when on the back deck.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! This humble guesthouse was so charming and the host was so kind throughout the stay.

If you like lots of light and a spacious view, like I do, this is the place for you! Coupled with an ultra clean, white and light grey interior, this is a great place to get perspective on anything you want to ponder deeply. Couldn't wait for the sun to come up in the morning so we could pull up all the blinds and bask in the light. We managed to lock ourselves out (our fault) late on Thursday night at 11pm! Thought we might have to sleep in the car. Ugh. With trepidation, we walked down to Heather and Anthony's darkened home, and knocked on the door. To their great credit, considering they had already turned in, Anthony cheerfully followed us back up the hill to let us in. Folks, THAT'S RESPONSIVENESS, when it really counts. Thank you, Anthony! I highly recommend Heather and Anthony's house on the hill. I will be returning.

Enjoyed our stay. The place was as described and very clean, quiet and peaceful. Loved the porch looking out at the beautiful views of the property and vineyard. When we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed by two adorable dogs. We loved seeing the farm animals too. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved Kelsi's place—it was quiet and beautiful! She was extremely responsive and even accommodated our early check-in since we arrived ahead of schedule. The area was great, and we especially enjoyed visiting a local gem just a 5-minute drive away called Tin City, which has small wineries and breweries that made our stay even more special. Highly recommend! only small nitpicking we can do is that it was a bit chilly at night with the heater on the bedroom level but overall love to stay here again

Beautiful aesthetic, every detail was well thought-out. It had everything that my family needed and more. My daughter loved the second bedroom and she was really sad to go. The outdoor space was also very well furnished and lit. We had our dog with us and she also loved the outdoor space. The neighborhood felt safe, and the neighbors are friendly. Close to activities. Will definitely stay here again.

We just returned from a long weekend in Atascadero where we were visiting friends. They had guests, so we got Fayette's place, which also allowed us to bring our dog with us. Their little place was just the right size for me, my husband and our dog. Fayette's wife greeted us when we arrived, and offered to answer any questions we had. We had no problems or questions during our visit. The house had enough cookware for the small amount of cooking we did while we were there. There were Keurig coffee pods available for the Keurig coffee machine, although we brought our own, and there was soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom for anyone who might need it. I enjoyed seeing the goats at the main house, as well as the chickens, dogs and a cat, and on two occasions my husband and I saw deer passing behind our guest house. It was a very peaceful place to stay, and I would definitely stay there again if our friends don't have room for us and if we want to bring our dog.

As an Airbnb host myself I can only hope my guests are as comfortable as we were at Joey’s place! Him and his wife went above and beyond to make sure us and our son were comfortable at their ranch. The bed was so cozy and we loved barbecueing and sitting by the fire all night. It was a perfect getaway!

The location of the bungalow is in a fantastic spot, only a few blocks away from downtown. Plenty of parking, since it is on the corner. The unit was very clean when we walked in. It is spacious, and the living room is cozy. The hosts left easy-to-follow instructions for getting into the unit. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

This was a fantastic place to stay over my birthday weekend. The location is very peaceful. The camper is really cute and cozy, made me feel right at home. It has everything you need. Set up & decor is beautiful. You get your own private walkway & driveway to the camper. Flawless email communication with hosts. Loved being in the middle of a farm away from the city. I will definitely be coming back. My fiancé and I loved the Boho A frame house! The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The hosts were beyond accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Morro Bay or road tripping the California coast. Their chickens were an unexpected highlight of our trip 🐓 thank you!
