It's a cozy & peaceful property just outside of town giving you a secluded & private experience but close enough to town to enjoy all the fun activities San Marcos has to offer. There is a fantastic disc golf course at the end of the road, a shooting range, art center, the San Marcos river for a day on the water & Yoga/Healing Center nearby!

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

One queen, one full and two twin beds as well as a queen blow up mattress for accommodation of 8 guests comfortably. There is a tiny house on the property that is not part of this listing.

We are just a 5 min walk from the Blanco River and River Road and a 3 min drive to the Wimberley Square. The house is well stocked with your kitchen essentials and bath goodies to soak the day away.

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.

Our home is perfect for families or trips to get away from the city. Host your family get together or spend time with friends, our home is the perfect gathering spot. In addition to the stunning views and river access, the home has brand new bedding, linens, kitchen appliances and furniture. Bathroom remodels completed December 2020!

River Roost

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.
