The location was easy to find and extremely convenient. River tube floating rentals are right next door. The host allowed for an early check in, and the condo was just as described. Everything was very clean and spacious. One minor complaint - the tenants directly above our room were very noisy. Sounded like they stomped their steps and were awake late at night and into the early hours. However, all else was great and would definitely stay here again!

The place is great with plenty of space for 6 people. The living room/main room area was very spacious and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony and heard over a dozen species of birds with a beautiful view of the very large lawn. The property is on the river but is so incredibly quiet. We really enjoyed paddle boarding and wading in the water and fishing. Recommend taking fishing poles and live worms, you’ll catch lots of bass. Also recommend taking inner tubes because there’s a great little rapid on the river that we had a blast going down. The water was incredibly clear too. It was easy parking wise and a short trip to Gruene. We will be back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location for a few nights, and we were thoroughly delighted. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the overall comfort of the property was exceptional. Each room was cozy and well-appointed, providing a truly welcoming atmosphere. We had a fantastic weekend! The condo was very clean and had all we needed! My favorite part was that it was so nice and cold In the condo! I had a great night sleep…the pool was amazing along with the view of the deers out of the patio door.

The condos were just as expected. Loved sitting out on the porch in the nice weather with a view to downtown! The beds were SUPER comfortable. Close to a lot of places. It's on a busy street so there's a lot of road noise, but if you have a sound machine at night, you can't hear it.

Lovely stay for my bachelorette party, right in downtown Austin where all the fun stuff was located! My friends felt right at home and had a great time, thank you for everything :)

Jan was very responsive and helpful. The location is great. Easy walk to the river and all of the shops and restaurants in Gruene. Beautiful and very clean facilities.

I enjoyed staying at Natiivo, the people were great and the cafe /bar was convenient. The location is great if you don’t wanna drive. A lot of great restaurants that are walkable. I had a great time on Rainey St and felt safe. We used valet and it always went smoothly. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. The host was quick when we needed more toiletries and recommended places on where to go. I would recommend family & friends.

Great location, having the parking bay was very handy and big enough to fit our big American car. There was a bus stop to take us to down town Austin close by, we also walked into Austin a few times which took approx 40 mins. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Nompumelelo was very friendly and helpful. If in the area again would definitely stay at this apartment as so close to restaurants, bars and entertainment. Can not fault this apartment.

Shruti’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Austin. The apartment itself is spacious and very modern, with a great view. The facilities in the apartment block were also great to have and use. Only a 2 minute walk from Rainey street so it was very easy to get around. Highly recommend

Excelente lugar! Nos la pasamos muy bien y agusto, las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio! El lugar mucho más bonito en persona, solo a minutos de bastantes lugares. La anfitriona fue muy amable y contestaba rápidamente, en verdad recomiendo este lugar!

todo era exactamente como se describía, bello precioso maravilloso, excelente para vacacionar, un pueblo super seguro tranquilo y las personas de allí lindas en todo el sentido de la palabra, hay venados en las calles como perrito jjjj, volvería a ir mil veces, el parque acuático frente al alojamiento, recomiendo comprar los boletos en línea salen más económicos, es un poco caro pero vale la pena, la piscina y el jacuzzi muy buenos, lo amé, no quería volver a 🏡, los encargados del resort siempre están al tanto de lo q uno necesita, Gracias Kody.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay, my husband and I enjoyed our amazing and peaceful stay for our romantic getaway . I loved seeing the fox’s, Deer and fawns. The area was perfect. Listening to the baby birds and watch them hop from branch to branch at the balcony tree was so enjoyable to me. I loved the beautiful sunset. The bed was so comfortable, the pillows were even amazing! A getaway with a greats nights rest is much needed when you plan ahead for full days of excitement. I definitely hope to find a time to come back with our family it was definitely a memorable experience. The owner checked in several times with me to make sure all was well our entire stay. I would definitely give 5 stars! Wonderful Service provided!

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.

What a great condo! Can’t wait to return to enjoy the famous music hall again soon!

Could not have loved this place more. There is a giant park-like setting for this condo community that is right on the river with a large heated pool and two jacuzzis. There is also a second pool by the upper building that is adults-only, but the large pool overlooking the river was too awesome to pass up. We chose this booking because it’s 5 mins from downtown New Braunfels and 9 mins from Gruene. If it’s summer, you can walk three minutes to the Schlitterbahn. Plenty of pool towels in big basket near TV. Safe condo community with a nice security guard at night and tons of parking. Main parking spot is steps from door. Home was clean with a large private master off on its own, smart TVs, lots of coffee (k-cups or regular) and purified water pitcher in fridge. We even enjoyed the large sun porch. Host was wonderful. Friendly, fast to respond, super helpful. Clear and easy instructions. Easy check-in and out. Price point was super for all we got and loved. Would def return and high
