Renta de villas vacacionales en San Martino di Castrozza

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questa casa. Siamo stati accolti dall'host Ermanno amichevolmente e durante tutto il soggiorno la sua famiglia ci ha offerto con grande generosità i prodotti genuini del loro orto. L'abitazione si sviluppa su due piani e le due camere da letto e i due bagni sono ben vivibili. L'uso esclusivo del giardino privato è stato per noi davvero piacevole e le nostre bambine hanno giocato lì in piena libertà. Il paesino di Ronzo-chienis offre tante alternative: laghetti alpini, il Garda, castelli e musei nei paesi e città raggiungibili in auto e splendide passeggiate nei dintorni. Abbiamo trascorso una estate fresca, abbiamo mangiato benissimo e visto luoghi incantevoli: è consigliatissimo per le famiglie e speriamo di poterci tornare presto.

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. Stefanos Place is awesome. It has flair, is decorated very thoughtful and very clean. Also Stefano is a great host, offers restaurant or activity suggestions and takes care to make your stay special. Had a great time there!

We really enjoyed our stay with the family of four and our dog. The garden is totally fenced so safe for the dog too. Beautiful view looking outside, surrounded by vineyards and the mountains in the background. The house is cozy and warm, feels very much like a home. Anna was a great host, helping us with any question or doubt. Comfortable beds too, we all enjoyed solid sleep night after night. 10/10 highly recommended

Villa Vitis was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to everything. The host was very nice and helpful. We had a great time and would love to come back

Das Haus wird von uns zu 100% weiterempfohlen. Danke für die Willkommensgeschenke! Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Ein großes und ruhiges Haus und trotzdem zentral. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und zur Kunst hergerichtet. Auch die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Es stand uns das komplette Haus inkl. 4 Räder zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Casa fantastica. Estremamente confortevole e con tutti i servizi di cui si possa aver bisogno. Il giardino è uno spettacolo e se avete animali saranno decisamente soddisfatti di poter correre in totale sicurezza essendo totalmente recintato. In più, se si vuole un po’ staccare dalla città è esattamente il posto che si cerca.

Villetta abbastanza grande (sufficiente per 6 persone). Ampio giardino recintato ottimo per chi ha cani. Riscaldamento efficiente per la stagione non proprio turistica (capodanno). Un poco piccolo il tavolo da pranzo per 6 adulti (abbiamo spostato il grosso tavolo in cucina per stare più comodi). Dotazione cucina e attrezzature sufficiente. Camere spaziose e bagni pulitissimi. Host disponibile e check in rapido. L'unica vera mancanza sono state le attrezzature per la pulizia .

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

The check in was easy, the owners were super helpful and accommodating. The apartment is very spacious, felt brand new and the whole block was very quiet considering there were loads of residents. The city bikes (which there are loads of) were a great addition to our holiday making it easy for our 7 and 9 year olds to make the short cycle into Riva and out to Limone and Torbole. Missing Italia already!

La casa es muy bonita, todo está muy cuidado y muy cómodo, tiene unas vistas increíbles Anna estuvo muy pendiente y tiene una persona súper linda a cargo. lo único es que la llegada es muy difícil, no es apto para personas mayores o con alguna discapacidad hay que bajar en una rampa de grava y para salir subirla. Susana te ayuda con las malestas pero es un poco complicado

Federica est une hôte accueillante. Le logement est très bien équipé et est idéalement situé pour les escapades dans les Dolomites. Je le recommande. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Una bellissima vacanza in una casa stupenda! La casa è stata ristrutturata recentemente, ha 5 stanze tutte con bagni nuovi, un'ampia zona giorno, una cucina attrezzatissima e un magnifico prato davanti con magnifica vista. Camillo è un host molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!

It was great. An extraordinary location with great charme. The castle looks exactly like on the pictures and the view is lovely. It comfortably fits 8 people and the garden is huge. Ada is a great host, who responds right away and gives great recommendations. She lives next door with her dogs and is always available in case of questions. It was great!

La casa è molto bella, grande e spaziosa, compresa di tutti i comfort. L’alloggio gode di una vista meravigliosa. Mary è stata un host super gentile e disponibile per ogni cosa. Abbiamo trascorso due giorni stupendi e ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Pool und Terrasse sind richtig schön und der Aussenbereich wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Im Garten gab es Schildkröten, eine Katze und Hühner- so bekamen wir täglich frische Eier zum Frühstück. Das Haus war sauber, gepflegt und bis ins kleinste Detail gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Luca, unser Gastgeber, war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. 😊

Très grande maison spacieuse, extérieur immense laissant pleinement la possibilité de circuler même si on est nom reux. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Maison bien située pour se rendre aux différentes villes voisines.

Ein tolles Haus, für die ganze Familie ( 9 Personen mit Hund, Genug Parkplätze für bis zu 5 Autos ) Super Aussicht auf den Gardasee - bis fast nach Sirmione. Herrlich entspannend. Vom Pool super Ausblick auf Monte Baldo und den See. Großer Garten mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für die Einzelnen. Poolservice kommt wöchentlich. Wir hatten genug Platz vor Allessia Grande um mit allen 9 Personen zu speisen und zu sitzen und die tolle Aussicht zu genießen. Regelmäßig ist Feuerwerk irgendwo am Gardasee. Tolle Aussicht. Fernglas mitnehmen. Der See ist ziemlich groß :-) Wir hatten 2 Wochen und haben dort eine wunderbare Zeit erlebt. Olivenbäume und viele mediterrane Kräuter im terrasierten Garten. Man geht und plötzlich riecht es nach Basilikum und Oregano - draufgetreten ... es duftet schön. Rosmarin ausreichend verfügbar :-) Wir behalten es in guter Erinnerung und empfehlen es gerne weiter

Daniela aveva già ottime recensioni, ma la permanenza presso "Cà Giuggiola" è andata oltre le aspettative! La casa è ampia, tranquillissima, dotata di ogni comfort e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. Per chi desidera staccare senza avere la pressione di dover fare centomila attività anche in vacanza, questo posto è quello giusto. Il tutto è reso ancora più unico dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità, dalla simpatia e dal sorriso di Daniela, sempre pronta a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Molto consigliata anche la pizzeria da lei gestita, insieme alla sua bella famiglia, altrettanto gentile e cordiale. Nei dintorni ci sono tante località carine e poco affollate, su tutte la splendida Treviso e Valdobbiadene con le sue colline piene di filari di viti pronti a diventare Prosecco. Anche il Piave ha il suo fascino, naturalistico e storico. Consigliatissimo tutto!

Absolutely stunning location that is private with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful views. Easy and lovely walk to all of Malcesine’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Ferry is steps away from the property. Lake with small pebble beach out front is perfect for swimming. Beautiful villa that has a museum like quality. Many pieces of furniture are covered and not to be touched by guests. The downstairs double bedroom does NOT have a door and is next to the kitchen. Can be a challenge for a full house with different schedules. Driving on the seafront walkway to enter/exit the garage is challenging at busy times with pedestrians not happy with a car being on the walkway. Enma from Happy Rentals was friendly, available and accommodating and made the experience wonderful. Would highly recommended and stay again.

We spent few days in this house. It has everything what you migth require during such stay. We were under impression by its design and practicality. Daniele was very hospitable, friendly and ready to help us every time we needed. All of this deserves the best possible note.

We had a lovely stay at Beatrice’s place, The house was clean, well-equipped, and Beatrice was kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. Highly recommended.
