This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown. The location of the home is semi-commercial. A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

Our home is very spacious (3,100') and features large comf. living room, a well-equipped kitchen and four comf. bedrooms. Located in Satuma FL, the central location for the following WMAs: Dunn Creek WMA: 1.8 miles Caravelle Ranch WMA: 22 miles Lake George WMA : 22 miles Etonia Creek State Forest: 25 miles We provided televisions in every bedroom, board games, & puzzles. Each tv has Netflix, Paramount +, & Movies Anywhere preloaded & ready to watch!
