This place is one of a kind! I really don’t have much to say but to tell you to book before it’s booked out. 2 full bathrooms, living room etc. wonderful place and I will book again.

El departamento es idéntico a las fotos, muy limpio, ordenado, linda decoración, en una ubicación accesible para caminar hacia la playa , restaurantes, avenida , etc todo excelente! Únicamente considerar que el estacionamiento es limitado pero hay uno muy cerca 24 horas o bien se puede dejar auto en la calle

We loved our stay here! We took the ADO into Playa and it was an easy walk to get here. You’re also close to the beach, ferry, and Quinta- all super walkable! The water jug came in clutch for refilling water bottles, and she provides beach towels for your use. Daniela also provides a parking space that was perfect for a sedan we rented- anything bigger might’ve been a little too tight for me but I’m not used to city driving/parking. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, comfy, and looks just like the photos in the listing. We would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful stay we had. The apartment is beautiful and we loved the rooftop private patio it was great for our morning coffee. The place had everything you could need, kitchen was well stocked and we had big jugs of bottled water too use during our stay. The rooftop pool was amazing, lots of seating in the sun and couches too sit in the shade and the water was fantastic too cool off in. There also a hottub we used at night too. The area was amazing. Just a couple minutes too 5th and there was restaurants all over and 7-11 on the corner and a grocery store just down the street. Very safe very lively neighborhood. Our host always messages us back right away when we needed too ask a question so that was great. Overall we had an amazing time here we felt right at home instantly and would book here again for sure on our next trip.

La estancia de Heidi es excelente, el lugar es muy bonito, cómodo y seguro, se encuentra dentro de un complejo de condominios que te brinda todo eso, muy cerca tiendas de conveniencia y autoservicios. Cuentas con todo lo necesario para tu estancia, estuvimos 5 días y todo muy bien, el internet funciona muy bien, sin problemas de agua o luz. Eso sí, se deben acatar al 100% las reglas del condominio para no tener ningún tema, desde los horarios de uso de las zonas comunes (alberca, lavandería) hasta el uso de pulseras para acceso, ya que la seguridad es estricta en los ingresos. Se encuentra a escasos 5 min en coche de la 5a avenida. Es ideal para dos parejas. Heidi estuvo pendiente y respondió rápidamente a todas las dudas que se tenían, la verdad es que sin duda regresaríamos!

The apartment is beautifully laid out, and feels like a home away from home. Lovely open planned kitchen well equipped, plenty of seating space in the living room, two well-sized balconies, two full bathrooms and double bedrooms. The location is about 10-15 minute walk from 5th and 10th avenue / ADO turistica and is across the street from the Chedraui supermarket, super convenient! It’s also around the corner from the collectivo point for buses Tulum. Gisela and Sergio communicated excellently! Super warm, friendly and welcoming! Provided recommendations for restaurants, bars and things to do in Playa and well as recommendations for visits across Quintana Roo and Yucatan! Would 1000% stay again!

Excelente relación calidad-precio. La ubicación es FANTÁSTICA. A pasos de la quinta avenida, de la salida del ferry, de las agencias de tours, de lugares de comida, bares, tiendas, las plazas y el centro comercial. Sin duda lo mejor es la ubicación porque es muy práctica. Además el check-in es muy fácil de hacer, el edificio tiene seguridad 24 horas, la pileta en el Rooftop se disfruta mucho por la noche para uno refrescarse. El departamento es tal cual las fotos, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y para 2-3 personas es ideal para descansar ya que uno va a Playa del Carmen a hacer tours por el día y descanso por la noche.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is great. Very short walk to the beach and 5th Ave. Quiet and peaceful with a view of the trees. Many colorful birds to watch from the balcony. This is a penthouse unit with a rooftop area which was very large. We had a few unexpected and unavoidable maintenance issues but one text to Matt and the maintenance guys were there literally in minutes. The only negative I can think of is the stairs ( no elevator)which were poorly illuminated at night but that is a general building maintenance issue. The price was fair and the welcome snacks and drinks were very appreciated. Sylvia the maid was very nice and did a great job cleaning. I will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Playa.

The area it’s so peaceful and it’s located in a good neighborhood. The house has everything we need to make our staying comfortable. 100% recomendable

the house was very clean and in a safe area. it’s best if you have a car; so you can get anywhere quickly. manuel was always immediately available and check-in and key return were easy and uncomplicated.

This place is fantastic. We stayed with friends and their 8 year old daughter - everyone loved the space - indoors and out. It has everything you might need - well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice showers. The pool is perfect. The yard is surrounded by fruit trees with lots of birds and wildlife! Patrick and Rich were kind and responsive. El Cedral is a special little town - away from it all - a car is needed but allows you freedom to explore. Highly recommend

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

Great stay! I was in Cozumel for the Half Ironman and really enjoyed staying here. I would love to come back again!

L'appartement était très bien réalisé et propre. Nous avons pu cuisiner et nous relaxer. La piscine est très sympathique sur le toit. La réactivité pour répondre aux questions est aussi très appréciable.

Great location, friendly staff. Comfortable stay with drinking water readily available. Coffee & light breakfast provided in lobby. Communication was great. Concierge was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Short 10mins walk to the waterfront and any bars/restaurants/dive shops. Covered dedicated parking for bikes/scooters. A little on the pricey side, but overall would recommend!

Wow! 😍 Kippal is a wonderful gem in Cozumel, and I will 1000% come back again. Our host was extremely helpful and made sure that we had a lovely stay! Not only did they provide water and a welcome drink for us, but the staff in the facility made us feel so welcome, by giving us recommendations for things to do in the area which was an added plus. The location is perfect for families with small children, as there is a lot fun activists for them to do right on the facility…. My 9 year old nephew LOVED playing downstairs and swimming in the child-friendly pool… which is great for parents who want a little relaxation during their stay. The infinity pool on the rooftop was the highlight of my experience… watching the sunset over Cozumel is an experience I’ll never forget! This place is one for the books and I can’t wait to tell my online travel community about this place 😀❤️ I will be back again! THANK YOU SO MUCH KIPPAL! 💃🏾

El lugar muy bonito , la suite nueva ,de muy buen gusto, cómoda Solo faltó que instalaran la TV en la habitación . Solo estaba el herraje nos dijeron que la llevarían pero en dos días no ocurrió

Second stay here…it’s clean, easy to find and the view is magnificent. Not a white sandy beach but its great to watch the waves crash on the rocks! Easy drive to the main area in Cozumel. Great value

Great place for the value. Quiet and private stay. Felt very safe and secure, and there was usually an employee sitting out front if you needed help with anything. 80 pesos for a taxi to centro (don’t let them charge higher). Sometimes hard to get a taxi since it’s a little out of town between centro and the Westin where all the taxis are. We would usually just start walking into town and wait to wave down an empty one when it came by. Pretty pool, clean facilities, easy access to ocean to swim but no true beach. They brought sand up to the deck area and have beach chairs and umbrellas to relax in. Host is extremely nice and helpful and is available to message if you run into any problems. Our wifi wasn’t working when we arrived and she worked quickly to get a new router put in our room and gave us tips about the town.
