Very nice place, better than the pictures, which is always a nice surprise. The beaches are rocky and not sandy. We enjoyed snorkeling to the right of La Monina Restaurant but never ate there. Mucuy Jugos & Breakfast was absolutely delicious and I recommend that you try one of their healthy juices. Pool was large, nice, clean and has an outdoor shower which is especially great for after snorkeling.

Beautiful condo. Clean, air conditioning was working properly, kitchen fully equipped, the washer/dryer combo was super helpful, etc. each area of the condo was specious. We absolutely loved it. You must have a vehicle or be willing to use taxis to get there quickly. About a mile and a half from the center or main road in town

Pedro's apartment is simple but has everything you need for an extended stay. The location is great, so close to the water and tons of restaurants. The bedroom is at the back of the house, so it was quiet even when music was playing outside. Wi-fi is fast and a/c works well. Most importantly, Pedro is located nearby and is very responsive. I didn't have any major issues while I was there, but I'm sure they would have been handled promptly! I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

The condo was beautiful. The view from the balcony was great!! Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony!! Lisa and Candace were amazing. Definitely keep this place in mind for our future visits!!

This unit is perfect with an amazing view! We have stayed at this condo complex four times at it never disappoints!! Pawel was awesome to work with as we had to extend our trip due to the airline changing our return flight.

We loved our stay here. The host was great, the apartment was great, the location is right in the middle of town, which is both good and bad. Only criticism we have is that it's right above some local bars and can be VERY loud at night, so bring a sound machine and wear ear plugs and you'll be fine. Worth it for how close you are to all of the great things the city has to offer.

had a great stay at Kelley Michelle's. the apartment is walkable to Centro but a little further south to be a bit closer to my dive shop at Marina Fonatur. Kelley Michelle was very responsive and helpful, the right door was a little tough to find but once I was in everything was as described and great. Internet is very fast (200+mbps down/100+up), no issues with Teams meetings all week.

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The manager (Ksenia) was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The house was clean and well prepared for all of our needs. You can see that extra thought was taken to make sure we had all our needs taken care. Plenty of cold drinking water prepared. Very private, safe and great location. Plenty of space. The outdoor spaces have lots of plants that add to the natural feeling. Beautiful views from the top floor porch. A very short walk to the water. Includes a parking place. Air conditioning and fans kicks in very quick. Only negative, is that some of the furniture is older, and could be replaced, both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend this place!! We had a wonderful time!! Would definitely come here again!

This home is beautiful, clean and spacious. We even had a covered parking spot. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was wonderful for our large group. There was also another bathroom downstairs for guests. The larger patio was a great spot to hang out with our friends who stayed in another home in this same addition. The hammock was well used by us. The pool and beach are pretty much right out the back door. We even saw eel, stingrays and several kinds of fish snorkeling off the pier. Loved all the gardens. it was very peaceful. Enrique, our concierge, was friendly and helpful. I was expecting one bedroom to have two beds like the photo. However, when we arrived, all bedrooms had King beds and two bedrooms had an added futon as well. Not that big of a deal since my daughters are younger and could share the bed, but having one room with two beds would have been preferred. Also, the grill wasn't really usable, and the cooking pans had seen better days. Would stay again!

Loved this location. I have been to Cozumel a lot and have stayed all over. My usual spot was not available this time, and so I branched out and so glad I did! Easy access to the dock/pier for easy diving and fishing. Kate gave lots of recommendations to make the vacation absolutely wonderful. The staff at Costa del Sol helped make this a new favorite place of mine.

We had a great week in Cozumel. Liesa's place was perfect for the 3 of us. Private, quiet and close to the marina for our dive boat. The wash up area at the back was useful as we could rinse and hang our gear, ready for diving the next day. The location was perfect for us, close enough to town, yet far enough away from crowds and the cruise ships. Angie was super helpful with any questions and resolving any issues. We felt totally at home and didn't want to leave. Overall, I'd highly recommend Liesa's place as a great family option. Thanks for hosting!!

Great place at Residencias Reef on Cozumel, I have stayed in this complex before they use to have a pier that belonged to the property but I believe it was washed away in 2020. If you are a diver you can still be picked up at Secrets pier next door but it will cost you 10 bucks each time. You do need a car here or the cab fares will drain your wallet. The property is beautiful, clean and well decorated. We would stay here again

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. The breathtaking ocean views from the balcony were truly unforgettable, and watching cruise ships pass by each morning was a unique highlight. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins and eagle rays right from the balcony! The home itself was fantastic—comfortable beds, an incredible master suite, and a beautifully maintained space. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and felt almost private, as it was rarely crowded. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was a great addition to our stay. The host was outstanding—communicative, proactive, and provided excellent recommendations that made our trip even better. Overall, this was an incredible experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Si visitas Cozumel, no hay mejor lugar que este! Además de impecable, con excelente mantenimiento (tanto el complejo como el departamento) y bien ubicado (con un buen restaurante y playa para hacer snorkel solo cruzando la calle), incluye muchos detalles para que tu estancia sea maravillosa. El complejo es muy seguro y tranquilo (a pesar de haber ido en Semana Santa). El departamento es aún más bonito y más grande de lo que se ve en las fotos. Además tiene un balcón super grande con dos camastros y una mesa redonda para 4 personas. Ahí desayunamos muy a gusto frente al mar y por las tardes vimos lindos atardeceres. Estuvimos 4 adultos y un niño, con comodidad, privacidad y a todos nos encantó! Mi única observación es que caería muy bien tener un sartén más. De verdad lo super recomiendo! Seguro volveremos!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!!! This place is the place in all Cozumel. I can't tell you too many details because it won't be a secret any more! It is new, over looking the ocean, snorkeling right out your front door, quiet and family friendly.

We chose this large unit for a family vacation based on location. We are familiar with the Residences Reef area. Quiet with lush surroundings. Two great pools and beach front. Unit is large. There was an incredible table in main living area that we gathered around. The wraparound deck of this second floor unit was like an entire additional living space. Parking is easy and property has security. Groceries are not too far away. You will need a rental car. We had what as needed in kitchen for simple meals at breakfast and lunch. Went out to town for dinner each night. The unit has some maintenance issues but none impacted our stay. Traveled with a toddler and found crib, toys, etc. This unit was perfect for our week in Cozumel.

Kellery's place was wonderful. we've been to the Mayan Riviera a few times and this was the best location and building quality we've see so far. The view was spectacular from both balconies, the kitchen had everything we could have needed, and the property manager was wonderful and responsive. I highly recommend this rental! As an aside, one day a group renting another condo brought their stereo down to the pool and played it so loudly that we couldn't enjoy even being out on our balcony. We let the property manager know and she took care of it quickly. We were really impressed!
