We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Cozumel overlooking the ocean and many cruise ships. Spacious, modern and clean interior with plenty of space for the family. Relaxing pool environment that wasn’t crowded unlike many of the resorts. One item to be aware of is that there is definitely some noise (scooters/motorcycles) on the street below throughout the evening. Overall though, beautiful condo and cost effective way to visit Cozumel. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great place at Residencias Reef on Cozumel, I have stayed in this complex before they use to have a pier that belonged to the property but I believe it was washed away in 2020. If you are a diver you can still be picked up at Secrets pier next door but it will cost you 10 bucks each time. You do need a car here or the cab fares will drain your wallet. The property is beautiful, clean and well decorated. We would stay here again

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. The breathtaking ocean views from the balcony were truly unforgettable, and watching cruise ships pass by each morning was a unique highlight. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins and eagle rays right from the balcony! The home itself was fantastic—comfortable beds, an incredible master suite, and a beautifully maintained space. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and felt almost private, as it was rarely crowded. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was a great addition to our stay. The host was outstanding—communicative, proactive, and provided excellent recommendations that made our trip even better. Overall, this was an incredible experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!!! This place is the place in all Cozumel. I can't tell you too many details because it won't be a secret any more! It is new, over looking the ocean, snorkeling right out your front door, quiet and family friendly.

I had a great peaceful experience staying here. Miguel and Norma were extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment had beautiful views, a spacious balcony, and the building was quiet. It's close to town, but I recommend renting a car as transportation can be expensive. All in all, a fantastic stay with a friendly host and breathtaking views. I would definitely consider coming back again.

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!

Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely responsive. He replied with detailed information quickly and courteously before, during and after our stay.

The location was perfect. Across the street was the most amazing snorkeling spot that I went to on the island. The room was huge. Over 2000 ft.². Communication was excellent. I asked if they had a coffee pot, and within a half an hour, they bought a new one so that I would have a coffee pot. Highly recommend. Security was wonderful. They answered all my questions and seemed to really care about our stay personally. Beautiful view of the ocean from our upstairs windows.

We had a great time. We felt same, comfortable and well taken care of. Beds were super comfortable and rooftop pool was amazing at the end of a long day exploring. Staff were all friendly! Location was perfect for us! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back and stay there next year!

My husband and I stayed in Unit 1 for one month. Prior to arrival, Santiago provided detailed directions to get to our unit. He also offered to pick us up from the airport. The communication throughout our stay was top-notch. Very friendly and very quick. On arrival, Santiago met us at the unit, gave us keys, and gave us a walk through. He made sure that we were comfortable with how things worked (induction top, TV, door locks, etc) and gave us a recommendation for a nice dinner spot. We did end up checking it out and were not disappointed, great tacos and drinks! The unit was stocked with all the essentials and more. It was exactly as advertised, and he even provided some cold beer, snacks, some fresh fruit and veggies, and eggs to get us started. We were really impressed with how clean everything was. The weekly cleaner was fantastic, very friendly and thorough! We would absolutely stay here again! We had a very enjoyable stay. Great host, great local neighborhood. 10/10

Fueron de gran ayuda ya que venía de una mala experiencia en otro alojamiento y me apoyaron con un check in a última hora que agradezco mucho, a pesar de eso encontré el alojamiento organizado e impecable. Sin duda es un buen alojamiento en el centro de Cozumel, está cerca de todo y tiene todo lo que se necesita para una buena estadía.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy's place. I have stayed at Residencias Reef 6-7 times and love this complex. Everything is so peaceful, safe and well maintained. Kathy's place is by far the largest unit we stayed in. There were four in our party, but there is plenty of room for six. Her place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was also one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Kathy is also very responsive and easy to work with. On the slight downside, upon arriving we found that Kathy apparently hasn't subscribed to the water delivery service that all the other units we have stayed in have done. I would rather pay a little higher rent and not have to run into town to haul a lot of drinking water back. This may not affect everyone to the same degree; we drink a lot of water! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others and stay here again ourselves.

Estuvimos muy cómodos 5 adultos distribuidos en 3 cuartos, y 3 baños. La vista es hermosa. Está localizado a unos pasos de la quinta avenida. El servicio de front desk siempre estuvo abierto a recibir solicitudes y fueron muy serviciales. Excelente experiencia.

We were a party of 6 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was spacious and clean. We initially had a hard time finding the condo once inside the gated community because it is massive. However, the owners promptly found us and drove us to the correct location. The host were friendly and available if needed. The kitchen had the basics for cooking. Filtered water, fruits, and a fridge stocked with Tecate! We never felt unsafe during our stay. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Lovely pool and cenote. We even seen a monkey swinging from the trees! It was very quiet except the occasional kid or two playing in the pool. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay again!

This place was awesome!! I spent tons of time on the rooftop for sunrise and sunset.. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything!!!! Lily and our host did an awesome job communicating!! I would definitely stay there again!!!

The hosts were extremely responsive. Whenever we needed something, they would come over within minutes. The apartment is easily walkable to the main shopping area in Playa.

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the action on Quinta Avenida. Despite being so central, the space felt peaceful and private, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The unit itself was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was communicative and helpful, making check-in and any questions throughout the trip a breeze. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or coming back to Playa, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!
