I really enjoyed staying here. The pool really made a difference for me, I also came when there weren’t many people around so i enoyed the quiet. The Condo itself has everything you need, the básics a toster a blender two rounds and big fridge the shops and restaurants are close by. Thank you

Hospedarnos en este dpto fue la mejor eleccion que pude haber hecho. Esta situado en una zona exclusiva de PDC, con mucho movimiento turistico, a menos de 100 metros de la playa y de la peatonal Quinta av. sin embargo la tranquilidad del edificio permitia descansar aislados de todo ruido exterior. Por dentro es tal cual lo describen y muestran las fotos. Camas comodas y grandes al igual que los baños en suite. sala de living-comedor comunicada con terraza/balcon. cocina equipada, todo impecable y funcionando. el acceso al club de playa Mamitas fue un PLUS en mi estadia. En la misma cuadra del edificio hay supermercados, farmacia, agencia p rentar auto y para gran sorpresa un restaurante Argentino con exquisito menu que nos salvó muchas veces. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y serviciales. sin dudas volveria=)

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful Airbnb. The condominium was impeccably equipped and clean, and our hosts, Oscar and Juliana, were incredibly responsive. The kitchen was a standout feature, boasting an air fryer alongside all the essentials for preparing gourmet meals. The comfortable furniture added to the overall coziness of the space. Conveniently located, we found ourselves surrounded by many restaurants and amenities. Checking in and out was effortless, making for a seamless experience from start to finish. We highly recommend it!

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

El depto cumple con todo lo necesario para unos días en Playa del Carmen. Súper bien ubicado a 2 cuadras de la quinta avenida cerca del puerto y la terminal de bus..tiene privacidad 24 hs todo super moderno y muy tranquilo. La comunicación con el anfitrión excelente

Great stay! The place was very clean, easy to access, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

L’appartement est très bien situé. À distance de marche des plages et du centre ville. On était à seulement trois coins de rue de la 5eme avenue. L’appartement est très calme, la piscine très agréable et plusieurs restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de marche.

Der Aufenthalt bei Maria war unglaublich schön. Das Airbnb ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und bei Fragen war Maria stets zur Stelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spacious flat for a group of 6, with ensuite bathrooms and AC for each bedroom which was great! 10 mins walk to a great part of the beach, lots of shops and restaurants nearby but generally quiet location. Stella was quick to respond to any messages and help with an AC problem too.

This was a very nice apartment and complex. The design of both was great. Our toddler aged daughter loved the pool and playground. There are friendly families in the complex who are full time residents, which was great. The apartment had everything that we needed. We had a couple of hiccups with entering the neighborhood. Some security guards would insist that everyone in the car wear their bracelets as well as show the QR codes that Olivia provides. This was frustrating but Olivia did everything she could to address it. After the first incident, we fastened the bracelets loosely and slipped them on just before approaching the gate. he neighborhood and condo have their own rules that must be followed. Some of the pool furniture could use a refresh. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The neighborhood was nice. You can walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Overall, Olivia was a great host and we recommend this home.

El apartamento está a solo dos manzanas de la 5a avenida lo cual es perfecto para ir caminando y a la vez estar lejos de todo el ruido que hay allí. El complejo Gallery Condo cuenta con piscina, gimnasio y hasta un bar (cócteles, hamburguesas, etc). El apartamento en si está súper equipado con todo lo que necesitas (tostadora, espumadora de leche, tetera, secador, etc). La cama era bastante cómoda y grande. Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento, sin duda lo recomendaríamos.

This was a great condo for four people to relax and unwind at the end of the year. It's an excellent location, right on the beach with it's own swimming pool and security folks. All the night life and restaurants of 5th Ave as a short walk away, making this one of the BEST locations in Playa. If there is a downside, its that being so close to the nightlife comes with a little noise. No problem. The front desk couldn't be more helpful and the property owners were very responsive to any requests. I couldn't recommend this condo higher.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Casa Coco Bella has everything you could want in a Cozumel vacation home. We enjoyed the pool, the snorkeling out front, and the gym. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, and Norman was also responsive to any questions we had. The location is great, not too far from town. The condo itself is also very nice and the beds are comfortable. Great views from the patio. We hope to return!

Al llegar el lugar muy seguro y con mucha vigilancia. El lugar muy agradable, el hospedaje súper cómodo y tranquilo. Los electrodomésticos bastante útiles. La atención de los anfitriones la califico como excelente pues siempre pendientes a dudas que surgieron. Las amenidades del condominio las logramos disfrutar sin inconvenientes. Y logramos disfrutar completamente nuestra estancia. El recorrido a parques, playas, malls, todo relativamente cerca.

El lugar está muy bonito, fui con mi familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Cuenta con todos los servicios y proporcionan muchas cosas que te sirven para ocupar en la playa. Alonso contestaba muy pronto las dudas que teníamos. Excelente y confortable lugar, sin duda volvería a hospedarme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!

Maison bien équipée et spacieuse, dans un secteur paisible et sécuritaire, avec bonne connexion Internet et à distance raisonnable de marche pour faire l’épicerie. Je la recommande vivement. L’hôte était réceptif et répondait rapidement à nos messages. Il nous a trouvé 2 parcs de bébé. Les lits étaient confortables. La piscine à 2 niveaux était à proximité et idéale pour nos enfants. Durant notre séjour de 3 sem., nous avons utilisé les services de Maria, la femme de ménage. Elle a fait un excellent travail autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Nous avons utilisé la carte d’accès au Reef Club mais je ne le conseille pas si vous avez de jeunes enfants. Le resort est loin (30 min) et petit, sans attrait pour les enfants. Pour boire ou manger, il faut acheter un livret de coupons à 100 US qu’il faut dépenser le jour même. Nous avons préféré acheter des DayPass au Iberostar situé à 10 min. Seule déception, nous étions loin de tout... loin de la 5e avenue, des restos et de la plage.

My family and I had a great time at Oswaldo’s home! Angie was very helpful during the entire trip and gave us many suggestions and recommendations. We felt very safe and comfortable in the gated community the house is located in! Would definitely come back again! (:
