Renta de lofts vacacionales en San Miguel de Cozumel

Our stay was great! Location is awesome. Only thing is the pictures on when we booked showed a two story loft and it was not this at all. Because we were only staying one night it didn’t bother us so much but if I was paying to stay longer I would have been upset. Otherwise check in was easy and place was very clean. Thank you!

Lindo lugar, bastante cómodo para quedarte unos cuantos días, tiene muchas tiendas cerca, no está muy cerca de los destinos turísticos, está muy bien para la calidad-precio, lo recomiendo

Great location, host, and apartment. Apartment is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Never had any issues with the internet (I worked remotely and stayed here for 2 months). Host was extremely helpful and we had a free cleaning every 2 weeks. Any issues that came up were quickly fixed.

Increíble hospedaje, cómodo, limpio, fresco. Vale la pena porque está cerquísima de tiendas y ahorramos muchísimo en comida. No usamos la piscina, pero las áreas están muy cómodas para relajarse. También estaba cerca de la playa y muy bien conectado para ir a tomar las vans. Los dueños muy amables y siempre pendientes, no había cafetera en el cuarto pero te dejan una abajo a tu disposición con cafecito para hacer y un garrafón de agua. Volveré con mucho gusto.

Good location, centrally located while being quiet. Jay provided some useful recommendations for places to eat which was appreciated.

Absolutely amazing place. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer. Place is quiet, clean, has everything you need and feels very safe. Host is great, picked us up from the station in the evening, recommended lots of good places and is very friendly. Easy walk to the 5th and the beach plus all the supermarkets and local markets. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

Matteo es una persona de lo más amable, nos dio recomendaciones y siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. El alojamiento es muy amplio y cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una excelentes vacaciones, la zona es segura y centrica.

La ubicación fue perfecta. Gustavo y Rebeca fueron muy amables con nosotros. Estamos muy contentos con nuestras vacaciones.

Great spot—clean and exactly as described. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive when needed. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

We had a wonderful week at Dania's place. The location was a quick walk to both 5th Avenue and back streets for fabulous dinners but far enough away to not be bothered by loud music. There was a bit of construction noise very early in the morning but I use ear plugs and white noise which did the trick! The Oxxo a couple of minutes away is super convenient. We used the coffee machine (Dania provides ground coffee), and cooked eggs and toast every morning, plus we did a load of clothes washing - it all worked well! As others have mentioned, the air conditioner above the bed does spurt water occasionally which did interrupt sleep a little. The bathroom is bigger than appears in the photos and provides space for hanging clothes as well as drawers and shelves. The pool is clean and warm and we really enjoyed reading our books in the shade and then looking at the city view from the water.

Recomendable 100% Apartamento muy limpio y perfecto para pareja o persona sola. A 5-10 min andando de quinta avenida , con parking subterrraneo privado para el coche y lavadora. El apartamento se encuentra al lado de un Walmart por si quieres hacer una compra grande para tu estadía y cocinar en el apartamento. Eder nos abrió el departamento y nos dio unas sugerencias para hacer en playa del Carmen Buen sitio

Lugar acogedor y tranquilo. A unas cuadras de la 5ta avenida. Si no te importa desplazarte caminando para llegar a la 5ta, este lugar es para ti. Tiene pequeños comercios alrededor y está a dos cuadras de la avenida principal donde encontrarás muchos comercios y restaurantes. Hay taquerías muy cerca y centros comerciales. Es un lugar ideal para dos personas aunque que en la descripción dice para 4. Es pequeño pero tiene lo que se necesita. Vale la pena por el precio. La zona está tranquila y la gente es muy amable.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba impecable, bien organizado y equipado con todo lo necesario para una experiencia cómoda y flexible. La terraza fue nuestro espacio favorito, siempre limpia y ordenada, mi pequeño amo el Jacuzzi. La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo una cuadra de la 5ª Avenida, con fácil acceso a restaurantes y tiendas. Como único detalle, el estacionamiento es poco limitado, aunque siempre hay espacio disponible en la calle El horario restringido de lavandería fue un pequeño inconveniente, ya que nos resultaba difícil encontrar un momento disponible por nuestro itinerario pero nada que no se pueda lograr con buena coordinación. En general, quedamos encantados y sin duda lo recomendamos. Agradecemos la hospitalidad y esperamos volver pronto

This apt was in a great location and extremely comfortable. Carlos responded to everything quickly and also provided several recommendations in the area. Highly recommend! Wifi was also incredibly quick!

Great host, clear communication, exactly as advertised. Great place if you are okay with walking, which I don't mind at all. Just off the tourist district, felt safe, locals were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would have liked to have known prior too is that there is no alcohol allowed in that area, only at your residence. You also cannot purchase any alcohol around the area. Not a big deal, just a heads up. The caretakers of the building were lovely, helpful and always greeting you! Taco truck across the street is very popular, always busy at night! Oxxo store within two blocks is very convenient. I'd be happy to stay there again!

I stayed here for over a month and had a great experience. The location is excellent, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the host is responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and cozy place in Playa del Carmen.

I stayed here 2 weeks. Claudia was very responsive & good with communication. I very much appreciated being a short ways out of the center & got around on scooter easily. The neighborhood was quiet at night. We had a small issue with the gym but the host was very quick to find a resolution. Special perks of parking, having a kitchen, and being very close to small shops for beverages and snacks were great. The apartment felt safe to me, solo foreign female traveler. I would stay again :)

Great studio in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Spent the month of February 2025. 10 minutes to the nearest beach, two grocery supermarkets in two blocks, the fifth Avenue, a stadium in five minutes. Luis is a great host! Very hospitable, friendly, responsive to any request, answers quickly. The studio is simple but cozy, with private terrace and a comfortable kitchen, where I found everything for cooking food, which saved a lot of money for me)) A good place, like it.

My partner and I had a pleasant stay at Karla's, and we would come back! Karla was such a responsive and helpful host. Check-in instructions were more than clear. The unit has a powerful AC, well-equipped kitchen to make simple meals, always had hot water, great water pressure, great wifi, and beautiful decor. The wall separating the kitchen and living area was such a nice touch. We appreciated having private gated parking for our rental car. The rooftop are was a great spot to watch the sunset and get our tanning on with intermediate cooling plunges. The elevator was a great convenience when we had a lot of baggage. We were walking distance from some amazing food. A local dive shop owner picked us up from our unit and told us the seafood market (Pescaderia Oceano) next door is the freshest seafood made to order (got a couple fried whole fish later and have to agree). We also recommend "Chiltepin Marisquillos".

I would recommend and would go there again. I stayed for a few weeks, she was super helpful with the air bnb and helped fix any issues I ran into there. I enjoyed being in the local area there. I had more of a genuine experience as life in the Mexican neighborhood without any problems. I don’t drink or party so problems were to never be had.
