This was a wonderful place to stay… The beach only minutes away yet we found ourselves spending a lot of time on the rooftop pool with a beautiful view of Playa Del Carmen. Thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The place was exactly what we wanted and needed for our honeymoon. I’ve been disabled by long COVID so having a location that had everything so close was amazing. We could easily travel to the roof for food, beautiful pool and view of ocean, we loved the massages at the spa. Short trip to the beach and several fun beach clubs. Great restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and so was Kurt. Thank you for hosting us on this perfect trip!

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, muy fácil de llegar, nosotros llegamos en ADO y la terminal estaba muy cerca del alojamiento. Alejandro fue muy amable con nosotros, muy predispuesto. El apartamento muy lindo, cálido, con todas las amenidades, el edificio super completo y super seguro. Super recomendado.

Great condo! The views are breathtaking and the security was friendly. The building is still under construction, but it never disrupted our stay. The other tenants were friendly. Security remembered us by name. Easily walkable to Sunset bar, stingrays beach club and blue angel. Hope to stay again in the future maybe in a bigger unit if it’s available.

Great place in the Heart of PDC!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Jamie's Mareazul vacation home. The home was beautiful, clean. The view of the sea was spectacular and even more beautiful than the photos. The resort is accessible and high quality. The restaurants were expensive, but convenient. It is a bit of a hike to PDC, but the location allowed for a quiet, peaceful vacation away from the noise. Jamie was an excellent host. She responded to every question promptly and was extremely communicative and helpful. I cannot more highly recommend this location!

The place has an excellent location, near restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Also very lo close to the beach. The unit is as described, it had everything we needed. We would certainly return in the future.

Excelente lugar para quedarte en Playa del Carmen! Súper cerca de la quinta avenida y de la playa pública! La alberca en el roof es padrísima y tiene Jacuzzi tmb! Eric súper atento a tus necesidades!

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The manager (Ksenia) was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The house was clean and well prepared for all of our needs. You can see that extra thought was taken to make sure we had all our needs taken care. Plenty of cold drinking water prepared. Very private, safe and great location. Plenty of space. The outdoor spaces have lots of plants that add to the natural feeling. Beautiful views from the top floor porch. A very short walk to the water. Includes a parking place. Air conditioning and fans kicks in very quick. Only negative, is that some of the furniture is older, and could be replaced, both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend this place!! We had a wonderful time!! Would definitely come here again!

Una buena opción para alojarse, zona tranquila, vigilancia las 24 horas. La comunicación con Nayeli quien te entrega y recibe la casa es muy buena y si tienes alguna duda te contesta los mensajes pronto, te orienta y siempre es amable.

Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

Three generations stayed at this home and had a wonderful week. It was about a half a mile walk to town and about 50 steps to the beach. We had from age 1 to age 60 and it was perfect for all of our needs. Good place to cook. A grill provided. We did choose to have our own van that we rented at the airport and it was easy to get around Playa. Beautiful view from the upper deck with table for eating and couches for lounging. A beautiful table right by the pool, lounging chair chairs a great space to enjoy the family. The three year-old was more than content to just play on the step in the pool when she wasn’t jumping and swimming with an adult.

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

Cuando vuelva a Cozumel regresaría a la misma casa, me sentí como en mi propia casa y bien recibido y atendido.

What a wonderful week we had! Paradise Condos is a truly apt name for this location. There were so many species of birds singing to us, plus many hummingbirds flitting about. The apartment had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. Only thing we brought were are prescription snorkeling masks. We had coffee every day on the roof deck, followed by multiple snorkeling trips and afternoon beers at Tortugas. I have only two suggestions and only one that the owners could address: the cabinets and drawers were tricky to open and could benefit from some handles. Also, out of the owners control- most of the plastic beach chairs were cracked and broken. No worry- just went to Tortugas to lay out on their beach. I will definitely return! I will never over spend and stay at all inclusives again- Paradise condos is the best. It’s totally relaxed and ideal for family vacations.

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the action on Quinta Avenida. Despite being so central, the space felt peaceful and private, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The unit itself was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was communicative and helpful, making check-in and any questions throughout the trip a breeze. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or coming back to Playa, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Imposible encontrar una mejor ubicación en Cozumel , el departamento tiene un gran Balcón directamente frente al mar, justo entre el Ferry y el muelle de los Cruceros, mas amplio que cualquier otro lugar, muy bien equipado, excelente aire acondicionado, camas muy cómodas y con todo lo necesario para que te sientas en tu casa, elevador muy eficiente, respuesta inmediata del anfitrión, volveremos definitivamente muy pronto.

This condo was perfect !!! Very clean and spacious and the view was amazing ! The cherry on top was you had 5th street right there and the beach too !!! There are 2 restaurants, one on both sides of the property and you can order food and drinks right from the pool or the beach !!! I will definitely be back!

L’accueil chaleureux, la communication avec l’hôte et les petites attentions ont vraiment fait la différence. L’emplacement était parfait pour explorer la région. We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!
