Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

Stay with us for FIFA in our relaxing Ocean View apartment. Stroll the clean sandy beach across the street. It's a 35 min. drive or easy transit to FIFA Games. Our spacious 1920s 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment has a modern kitchen. It’s close to unique restaurants, boutiques & shops; a safe neighborhood; easy access to SoFi LA Stadium & LA attractions. Avoid city crowds & enjoy the beach across the street & beautiful sunset ocean views. This 2nd floor unit is family friendly, but NOT childproof.
