Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Traumhaus! Herrliche Aussicht, wunderschöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung, viel Platz drinnen und draußen, herrlicher Garten, toller Pool, freundliche (wenige) Nachbar*innen. Rundum wunderschön! Erholung und Ruhe für die Erwachsenen und Spielmöglichkeiten am Pool für die Kinder. Das Dörfchen ist bezaubernd. Der Weg zum Einkaufen und nach Lucca ist absolut machbar, wenn man sich an die Serpentinen gewöhnt hat. Und schön ist der Weg auf jeden Fall! Die Abgelegenheit macht die Besonderheit & Schönheit des Ortes aus. Lucca ist eine wunderschöne Stadt! Vittoria ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Alles ging einfach und der Kontakt war zu jeder Zeit sehr angenehm. Wir sind begeistert und wollen gerne wiederkommen!

Siamo stati solo 3 giorni e purtroppo abbiamo incontrato cattivo tempo, ma questo non ci ha impedito di sfruttare l'immenso giardino che con due bambini piccoli è stata la salvezza🙂 La casa offre molti spazi (eravamo due famiglie) lasciando modo di avere la giusta tranquillità e privacy all'occorrenza. Alessandro è stato molto disponibile e gentile e la sua mamma, che abbiamo conosciuto prima di andarcene, è una signora molto simpatica e affabile.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war einwandfrei! Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist wie beschrieben etwas abenteuerlich. Die Anfahrt wird aber sehr gut beschrieben und wir konnten das Haus ohne Pribleme gut finden. Nach der Ankunft wird man entschädigt mit einem grossen privaten Parkplatz, einem Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, einer grandiosen und idyllischen Aussicht und einem grossen Pool. Alles sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern! Wer Erholung sucht, findet diese in dieser Unterkunft. Auswärts Essen und einkaufen gehen bedingt eine 15-minütige Autofahrt. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. 🥰

Charming little house with a private, cozy yard filled with greenery. Everything in the house is like new, very clean, and inviting. Bicycles can be provided upon request. There is a nearby COOP, which is the best supermarket/grocery chain in Italy. Matteo and Marcela always promptly and informatively answered our questions and proactively kept us informed about everything important. They are very friendly and nice people. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

Odjíždíme se spoustou krásných vzpomínek. Lara je nekonečně srdečná a laskavá. Ubytování je naprosto výborné, v krásné oblasti, s nádherným výhledem, v přírodě… no prostě pohoda. Děkujeme:)

We just spent 3 weeks visiting various parts of Italy. The last 5 days were spent here. This cottage was our favorite stay of the entire trip. Gorgeous setting. Up on a mountainside with beautiful views. The gardens were on several terraces. Lots of fun to explore and peaceful to just chill. Although it’s wonderfully isolated, it’s only a 15 minute drive to Prato and a 25 minute train ride from Prato to Florence. Our host, Filippo, was gracious and very communicative.

Villa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. Provvista di tutto. Area verde esterna e piscina molto belli e ben organizzati. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare del tempo con amici e famiglia nel massimo relax e privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli petit village très beau. Le logement est très propre il ne manque rien. Carla est très disponible et accueillante. Il y a même une petite épicerie bar dans le village. La literie est bonne aussi. Je recommande … merci encore pour ce séjour ..

A very nice home with ample space for six adults and two children. A kitchen that was nice and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The heating system worked well. TVs in almost every room were nice. Good Wi-Fi. Molina di Quosa is very nice. Quiet, small, with nice views of the mountains and hiking. There are two small markets and one café a short distance away.

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Sehr schöne, top gepflegte Villa mit wunderschönem Garten. Ein Auto wird dringend benötigt, da man von Montecatini Terme aus noch circa 15 Minuten den Berg hochfahren muss, um an die Unterkunft zu gelangen. Das wird aber mit einem atemberaubenden Blick belohnt. Cristina ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier! Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, war top! Super freundlich! Das idylische Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet einen großen Pool, einen riesigen Garten und zwei sehr saubere Küchen. Wir haben dort zu fünft eine Woche verbracht und können nur positives sagen. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Können es Gruppen ab 5 Personen nur weiterempfehlen. Bestes Air BnB das wir je gebucht haben!!!
