We stayed for 3.5 months during the winter months. We had everything that we needed in this home. We stayed warm and cozy since it snowed in Destin! Our dog had plenty of room outside. We enjoyed the front screened porch on sunny days. We didn't rent a car so we walked. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance and the beach was about a block away. When we didn't walk, we took the EC shuttle bus. Molly and Steve were always available if we needed anything and were great hosts! It was easy to use Uber for grocery and food delivery. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

Great place for a beach getaway! Tucked away at the end of a private driveway on a quiet, dead-end road, super peaceful and relaxing. The space has a laid-back vibe that younger guests will probably enjoy most, especially with the futon couch, casual furniture setup, and smaller bathroom. Perfect spot if you’re looking for a chill escape near the beach!

Excellent vacation spot! Everything was wonderful! My husband and I vacationed with our three children (ages 14, 9 & 6) and this place was perfect! The community was nice and quiet along with being very well maintained. The house is just as pictured and was very clean. You can literally stay here and never get back in your vehicle if you desire. The grocery, beach, arcade, shops, ice cream parlor, games for the kids, etc. are all within a very short distance. There’s nice shady places to take walks and the pool is right across the road from the house. The beach is a little golf cart ride away but there is a driving path just for the golf carts so that you do not have to go out on the main road, which made it super convenient. We would definitely recommend the less-crowded of the two beach access points. We would highly recommend this house along with it’s hosts. They were very responsive to messages and provided clear instructions along with a list of recommendations!

The Green Heron was a nice place. It was clean, convienient, and in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away, and the two main roads into Panama City or Destin are just a couple blocks away.

Makenzi's place was just like the photos! It was about a 3 min walk to the beach which was one of the reasons I booked it! She provides coffee as well as two water bottles which was really sweet. It's a small studio, but the porch and swing made it feel like a home. I loved the fire pit right outside and there was also a little cat we saw a few times around the property. All in all this was a great place to book and is a very relaxing spot.

Smartly decorated a very nice private fenced backyard. A little bit of a walk to the beach but in this part of PCB there's plenty of street parking right next to the beach so we just drove.

What can I say about Anita's place..... Hands down, best host. Best place to be at the beach, with ALL the comforts of home! Spacious areas inside and out. Had everything from a fully stocked kitchen (including crock pot) to beach equipment, and a pack'n'play! Had everything we needed plus some! Anita herself was FANTASTIC! Very responsive, even though she too was on vacation herself, which says A LOT! She was always friendly and helpful! Couldn't have asked for a better house, host, or location! We have stayed at many other condos in the Sandestin resort, and this one is superior!

The bungalow was nice and clean. Lauren was a great host. She gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We liked it was a quiet neighborhood. We loved the large shower and the large tvs in the living room and bedroom.

Perfect place to stay at when visiting 30A with a smaller group. Very clean, location was ideal, and price was great. Thy did a great job listing, the place is exactly what was described. Communication was very quick & clear. Highly recommend. Thanks for the place!

Second stay here and it’s become a favorite place for a low-key beach getaway. Perfect place for one or two people; the place is comfortable and conveniently located — walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. Bonus amenities include access to main home’s beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc. also great outdoor patio and fireplace areas make it a great indoor and outdoor experience. Will
