Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

This light & airy annexe is the perfect place for a trip to Oxford, minimalist decor with subtle influences of Bali. Situated at the bottom of our garden, you’ll have full privacy in this self contained unit. Nearby you can take a picturesque stroll through Iffley Village & along the canal to the city centre, which takes approx. 50 minutes (or 10 minute bus ride). Rose Hill is conveniently located just off a dual carriage way for easy access by car. Free on-street parking is available anytime.

Breakfast is included. The gardens are extensive. The feeling of the place is that of being in the deep Oxfordshire countryside; but the reality is that we are only 10 minutes walk away from South Oxford and 30 minutes walk away from Oxford centre.
