Welcome to our recently converted self-contained ground floor annexe with a double bedroom, bathroom, shower, kitchenette and relaxing living space. We offer off-street parking and invite you to sit in our front garden. We are located a short drive to the beach and town centre with local shops in walking distance. Begin your break with a complimentary cream tea whilst deciding what to do in our lovely part of Devon.

Self Contained Studio Close to Beach

Stay in our newly refurbished studio. There is a king sized bed for a comfortable night’s sleep, soft fresh bedding and towels all included. With your own private shower room and private entrance you won’t be disturbed. There’s WiFi , a mini fridge and a kettle for a cuppa . We are ideally located in a quiet residential area just 1 mile from the beach and the South West coastal Path. The town is 1.5 miles .

Welcoming you to our family owned caravan based on Devon Cliffs, Exmouth. This price includes a parking space and bedding. We also have a bed guard within the caravan. Please note a travel cot does not fit in the main bedroom. Haven passes are available directly from Haven themselves. Please note that for our insurances, we cannot accepting a booking where the whole party is under the age of 21.
